The media could not be loaded. Exactly what I was looking for to replace the 3" subwoofer in my Panasonic boombox.

For the price on this woofer I would look for other options unless you are running a very low amount of power through it, I was using mine as a subwoofer for a older doss soundbox xl and it was getting pretty toasty on just 12 watts of bass, I was pretty disappointed in the noises this thing made for the first couple of minutes, it was making alot of mechanical noise and sounding like it's rattling, but that cleared up after playing 30hz through it for about 20 minutes, it was pretty dang hot on the dust cap but never smelt like coil, it does sound pretty good and I was impressed the doss amplifier was strong enough to push it decently, ( don't mind the glue I had to cut the speaker to fit this slightly larger one) other then that it does what it's supposed to but I honestly don't think it's meant for actual bass to be used through it,

Upon first opening I noticed the lack of attention to the center diaphragm being noticable off center, I expect that from 5core or cheaper nameless brands. The second thing that that kinda bugs me is the content lists a grill is included, I noticed a spacer ring, but I'd bring any grill that lets my food fall into the fire back to the store. Still overall satisfied but a little perturbed over those couple of little things.

I bought this subwoofer for a project of mine. I wanted to use it, but the quality was awful. When I went to attach the wires I thought I was going to break the connections. Seriously, this is so cheaply made and it is so fragile, I couldn't use. I have NEVER seen such poor quality in a speaker. I returned it. I cannot recommend this subwoofer.
