The chews taste good but they stick to my denture, making them difficult to chew. I will be getting the capsules from now on. I haven't been using them long enough to notice any changes in my physical status.

I tried them after they arrived, and they have the consistency of Now&Laters or hard taffy, so don’t bite into it and try to chew. New formula. Texture is not as good. Flavor is not as good. Same happened with the beet chews. Very disappointing. Shopping around for a replacement brand.
