Installed w/o problems because of the quick connect feature. More noisy than expected. Seems to do a good job though haven't tried it yet with any tough material.

Estoy muy contento con el triturador, el precio me parece muy bueno elegí el de 3/4 caballos y la verdad es que es muy poderoso y prácticamente no hace ruido. El plomero lo ensambló muy fácil y le adaptó un apagador cerca del fregadero. Tengo otro de otra marca y es mucho más ruidoso y menos potente.

The unit was very easy to install and runs extremely quiet.

Lo tengo desde hace 1 año y medio y sigue funcionando perfecto.Me llegó en buen estado y la instalación me la hizo el plomero pero fue fácil.Funciona muy bien, claro que hay que tener cuidado con lo que metes para no descomponerla.

I am very pleasantly surprised by this device. Installation is a breeze BUT the instructions leave to be desired a bit. To me, it was not clear at all that this unit doesn't have any kind of switch or on/off function. If you plug it in (or hardwire it) it is just ON period. So you need to install a switch (or connecting to the existing one if you have one already).Besides that, we love it. Much quieter and efficient than the Insinkerator it replaced (old unit was 3/4 HP as well). The old model was constantly breaking down and in need of ingenious fixes to keep going.Eight year in house warranty is the best warranty. Hopefully the company puts is money where its mouth is when it comes to service.
