With two large sections and three smaller ones, you can display meats, cheeses and condiments easily or foods that require them to be heated as this tray is microwavable too. Made of a tree-free biodegradable bamboo fiber that is strong and very stable, it also will not absorb liquids or grease so there is no seepage either. Similar in looks and feel to paper, this disposable tray will convert to compost in municipal and industrial aerobic composting facilities within 45 to 90 days.
