Product ok BAD customer service
Upon receiving my order, I wrote an email through Amazon asking why my order looked different from not only their amazon picture, but as well as the picture from the company itself. I waited 2 1/2 weeks for a response and when I didn't receive one, I gave a bad review and stated I was suspicious because I didn't receive a response.......well that got a response!! Claimed to have responded promptly to my first email, except I never received it and Amazon has no record of it! Said I was accusing them of illegal things, when I only stated I was suspicious, I made no accusations. They requested I remove the rating and comment. Then wrote me another email an hour later, requesting the same thing. Funny how I ask a simple question and get no response, but I leave a bad rating and comment, I get two emails within an hour of each other! I do not appreciate words being put in my mouth and I do not appreciate being lied to. Their product may be legit, but their customer service is NOT! Horrible horrible horrible!
