IT REALLY WORKS!!! As a shift working RN, I have had problems sleeping for years! I have tried everything from meditation to Ambien. Nothing seemed to work for me. Regardless of what I tried, I was always tired the next day...which is dangerous given my profession. I decided to try Sleep Support, and I could not be happier with the results! I bought this to help get sleep pattern back on track. Unfirtunately, this product caused excessive drowsiness for almost two days. I’m normally a person who needs to take 3 or 4 Tylenol PM to feel even a little drowsy. The product bottle i received had Phenibut as an ingredient, which was not listed among the active ingredients online. Quick research on Phenibut shows it is not approved for clinical use in US. Amazon had misleading information online - not good!

I bought this to use with Calm Support and they are working great together. I find that Calm Support helps me sleep, but not enough to keep me sleeping throughout the night. But taking it with Sleep Support works great! and I’m trying my best to stay away from any sort of prescription sleep med.  By far the best over the counter sleep aid I’ve ever used.

I’ve been using this product for about two years and I absolutely love it!! I never feel groggy in the morning, just totally rested!

I really like this product. When I am really wired, from taking OTC stimulants (and even Dr Rx for modafinil) to get lots of focus for necessary concentration, this product later lets me fall asleep. On such wired days, I take 10 caps. So thats 6 servings per bottle or $5 per serving. That’s not bad when you compare to taking something that is not natural or pharmactutical and needing Dr Rx. And on regular days when not stimulated from caffeine etc., maybe 1-2 caps will work.

i use calm support and also sleep support. I use calms support when u know i have a busy potential high anxiety day. Also My husband wakes up very early for work and it usually wakes me up as well. I have a few more hours that i can sleep but had trouble falling back asleep until i started taking calm support. It give me just enough ease so my mind isn’t racing and calms me to get a couple more hours asleep.

This stuff helps relax you and get a awesome night sleep. I do need to take 2 to get the proper results. Does not leave your feelin groggy either! This is my 2nd order of this stuff.

The best non prescription sleep aid that I have used. Far more effective than either of the two most common over the counter sleep aids with none of the grogginess associated with either of them. I recommend it much more than the other organic sleep supplements that I have tried.
