Lasted the test of time. Had it a while now. Although I haven't continued with the business, I do occasionally use it and it is still in perfect condition

I purchased this machine, it arrived earlier then estimated delivery date which was great, however when opened it the electric pump was missing, the machine was small, the neck was smaller then standard size, so very limited on what you could stuff the balloons with, too small for what I intend to use. The seller sent the electric balloon pump out at a later date, which was faulty the electrics don’t work, I requested a refund, but the seller asked me to try and fix the electrics and change the voltage on it, which I declined, I have repeatedly requested a refund and pre paid shipping label as it’s International shipping. The seller has asked me to keep it and offered me a 10% refund, I declined, then the offer increased to 20% which I also declined. 2 weeks and the issue still isn’t resolved and I’m still requesting a full refund and pre paid shipping label.

Very pleased with the goods that finally arrived in 2 halves not used it yes only just arrived Suppler needs to say delivery in 2 parts Might stop people banging off thinking they were only getting a balloon inflator. So 5 stars for product. Communication could be better.

Ordered this and it came before the estimated time. Unfortunately the ball was damaged in transit but was quickly sorted after a mail sent about the damage. Would highly recommend this seller I'm very impressed and can't wait to start using my machine 😀

Ordered this product which came damaged. Very disappointed. And now I’ve got to pay postage to send back in order to get my refund! Absolutely ridiculous.

Hard to use

Opened the box item is damaged not good for purpose now im expected to pay the return postage not good whatsoever very disapointed
