It's a very nice product and works well but I rated it as a 2 star as we really wanted a natural gas fire pit and no where on this website did it say it was only propane. I asked the question and someone replied that there were mutliple hook ups and once we received it, it was just propane. Very disappointing as we wanted natural gas.
