I was very excited about trying this product and still ambut i went to warm up the teeth trays to make my teethimpressions and for some reason they melted so quick i couldntput them in my mouth to make the impression.I am trying to find a way to get them back to normalbefore giving a negitive feedback,I hear great things about it and the gel seems to work fast whenyou put it on your teeth. These are just OK, but will not be using myself. First time I used it, it burned my mouth, and whitened my gums. Not to mention the second needle thing came with only 10% of the product. I hate returning things so I gave the to my sister.

Trays are hard and hurts my mouth. Cleaner works good but no matter what I do I can't get the trays to fit tight enough on my teeth.

Ordered based on the reviews so we could whiten for our wedding. Let's see how it works but as of now it tastes awful and burns!

I wish the mouth pieces comes with better directions. If I were smart, I would have read more reviews that included detailed instructions.

All the directions state about the trays is: " Place thermal tray in hot water (200 degrees) and get your teeth impressioned." Nothing about how long to put it in the water to allow it to mold to your teeth. I held the tray in the almost 200 degree water and it basically melted in less than 10 seconds. I had know idea how I was supposed to go about doing this and because the directions were unclear, I was unable to use this product. The trays cannot be fixed once they have basically shriveled up into nothing. For kicks, I did the second tray and held it in the water for about 3 seconds. So for those of you interested in buying this product, do not place the trays in water for more than 5 seconds.

I used this product to undo some of the damage done from tea and lemon. After one use there was a big difference, but I think the results for the whitening depend on how white your teeth already are.

I've used this product several times, once a week. After using it twice over two weeks, I noticed my lips cracking, especially at the corners. Over the course of one week, my lips starting going numb. I didn't know why, so I laid off of the product for two weeks. The numbness slowly went away after another week, so I thought I'd give the whitening another go. Mistake. My lips immediately started taking their course of cracking and going numb again.I did notice a difference in the whitening, but not worth numb lips and my body's reaction to it. I'm done with this product.
