These gloves are garbage. They didn't even last untill lunch time, thats right not even 5hrs on the job. (I do tree work and run the ropes, lowering limbs and big material out of the sky.) I wasted my hard earned money, don't do the same. The white material is super weak and the whole palm tore off. The material burned through on the fingers before the major failure. Don't waste your money.

Bought these gloves for a confined space rescue class which lasted 9 days. By day 2 gloves started to wear and become slippery with no grip. By day seven these gloves looked like I had been wearing them 24 hours a day 7 days a week and finally ripped at the thumb stitching exposing my thumb to the rope had to tape over the thumb to protect it. So they were good to start off but in the end I really only got 9 days out of the gloves. Really cannot recommend these gloves due to the poor quality.

I have no idea where the negative reviews are coming from? These gloves are awesome I open and close a ramp gate trailer 20-30 times a day and they are just showing very mild wear, actually they’re just starting to break in and become even more comfortable and has all the Padding and protection in exactly the right areas.

I use these for climbing and cutting trees on a rope like some pro arborists do. For that purpose, I really like these! The glove allows for enough dexterity that I can manipulate all of my tools, from rope ascenders and descenders to the controls on my chainsaw. They are also tough enough that I haven't torn them up handling the wood after I've cut it.If you're looking for a glove only for climbing/repelling, you may want to get something thinner for more dexterity. If you're looking for a work glove, you may want something made of real leather. If you're looking for something that can do both, this is it!

I want to like these. The palms have decent leather and they seem well thought out. But the stitching around the cuff was giving way before I even wore them. These gloves just use for commuting on a motorcycle to work and I assume would fall apart under heavy use. They need to fix the quality of stitching (unless I got a freak pair) and I'll make these a 4-5 star.

Bought them mainly for using manual wheel chair due to the thicker leather being areas I put a lot of wear on. They work good for that purpose, though when you use them for other thing like yard work they wear quickly(about a week with heavy use). They are very comfortable and well fitting. They are breathable. The pictures show Progressive wear from new to basically done. Have bought three pair, just have to remove them for other work I am doing. The white areas wear the quickest along with the finger tips. The thicker leather seems to hold up nicely. For the price they are ok.

Quality gloves and the XXL size is spot on. Durable (so far) and the colors make them easy to find in my gear bag when I’m in a hurry. Good grip and feel secure using them. Face it, once your hanging from the rope, it’s a very bad time to find out your gloves are junk. I’ve tested these out and feel like they won’t fail. I still keep a spare on my belt. Always having a Plan B is what we’re trained to do.

Fit tight at first but once broken in fit great. Stiching has lasted 3 months so far and I play with chains, metal bars and bricks with them.

This pair of gloves look very nice, but are not for heavy duty work. If you work with steel cables or heavy equipment maintenance, this product is not for you. Not very warm either.

A few stitches either loose or not holding down a layer of learher. But very minimal. Otherwise, very good gloves. Allows good control of rope, with good thermal protection. Im on third pair, and bought 7 more. Good gloves.
