Meh. I was looking for a variety of protein ...
Meh. I was looking for a variety of protein based snack foods since I had a gastric sleeve in Nov 2014. The bags are not filled enough to warrant the cost. The product itself tastes ok- a very quick touch of a snack. I may buy more, but I'm still trying the many other options out there.

I was dubious when I first saw this product because it is perfect for Diabetics on paper, but sometimes things that are low in carbohydrate taste terribly. IN STARK CONTRAST, this product is a very nice snack. It does taste sweet, and there is very little carbohydrate in it, and it tastes nice - the blend of the banana flavor with the cashew is a neat combination. I buy these by the case now because in a one month period, I supplement my watching of movies with this snack - so I can be like a normal person.Very nice taste, very good carbohydrate and protein numbers. Not reordering
Has a really pronounce whey flavor after taste. The banana caramel taste isn't too bad- but it isn't too great, the look & feel is sort of like a caramel corn type product. Also 1 serving is 1/3 of the bag. For the cost & taste- I passed on re-ordering, I'm a sugar junkie looking for a healthy snack and this just did not hit the spot.

This a wrong and expensive product
I thought this would be great since I love bananas and cashews. Also thought the texture would be similiar to that of caramel crunch. The taste was weird, but the texture is the worst. It has very few cashews and when you chew it, it keeps sticking to my teeth. I was able to properly chew it or chew it quickly. I had to constantly focus on getting out of my teeth and from sticking in my mouth so I could swallow. I'm very disappointed since it was quite and expense. I won't buy again and I don't even feel comfortable giving the rest to my family.

Not good
This stuff tasted ok at first but before I could even finish 1 bag, I was completely sick of the taste. It just tastes like something manufactured in a lab - completely unnatural.

oh dear, i had forgotten what bananas can do to digestion( think baby)..oops...if you like them , have 1 a week

I use it as cereal, lots of protein
It's pretty yummy, and nice to know that it has a lot of protein, I mix it with milk
