I've been using Biotin tablets for just coming up to a year now, but I've been using Nutravita Biotin tablets for the last 6 months. I decided to start using them because I'm nearing 50 and my hair's thinned out quite a bit since my 30's particularly around the temple area. I had no great expectations of what would happen so I've been greatly surprised that my hair's gotten a lot thicker I'm constantly seeing new baby hair's growing. On top of which my hair's healthier, shiny and my hairdresser now tells me I have medium thickness hair as opposed to always having thin hair. Other benefits...my nails are very strong now and grow so quickly, my skin is healthy and glowing. I literally have nothing but praise for these tablets, on top of which there a years supply, one a day, tiny little tablet so easy for swallowing. I will say, don't expect overnight miracles it takes time but I noticed a difference after the first 3 months. I waited so long to write this review so that I gave the tablets time to do there job, and I have to say I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

I’ve been taking these for four months & can definitely see some difference with the growth in length of my hair. If people are wanting thicker hair I don’t think this is going to help, mine is really thin after years of colouring & use of heat though, so hasn’t made much difference on this but I’m only four months in. My nails, which were always brittle, soft and would chip and break are now strong and grow quickly so would recommend buying them just based on this. Good value for money for twelve months supply. Worth trying as reviews seem to be mixed and could be different with each individual. They are, despite what some people say, odourless and have no taste whatsoever 👍

I've been using Biotin tablets every day for a year now and my hair has grown much faster, but mostly, it's so much thicker, healthier and stronger. My natural curls also hold much better. My skin has also been massively improved. Highly recommend

I have never had that many spots in my entire life, until I started taking this product. I ignored other reviews, and have been very loyal to this product for a couple of months now. My chin and forehead have sore spots. Sometimes a couple on my cheeks, however, I am using face masks regularly, exfoliating and taking care of my skin much more than ever. Even my sister took a couple, until I mentioned the pills gives me spots, and she agreed. She had wondered where her spots come from. She is not a regular taker like me. My sister asked whether I want rapunzel hair or smooth skin, since I cut my hair and desperate for growth, without hesitation I responded rapunzel. However, who wants to walk around with sore spots? So I doubt when it finishes I'll purchase again. Unless, the product has been improved on. Probably the coconut oil is the culprit, as it is more of a chemical than pure coconut oil. I'm still taking this product, very easy to swallow and I think my hair is growing well. I dyed my hair to see how effective this product is. With an afro and shrinkage sometimes it's hard to determine. However, with the dye, I'll be back with a more accurate feedback. However, the results may be affected by MSM(sulfur) and multivitamins and minerals which I have just purchased.

Very, very happy with this supplement! My eyebrows and eyelashes have been very sparse this year due to stress, and so I was looking for a product to help with hair growth. I have been taking one capsule every day for a month now - and I have seen a boost in the number and length of my brow hairs/eyelashes. Now, when combing my brows, I can feel a resistance when pulling the brush through that I never used to experience before, due to there being much more brow hair to comb now than what I've been used to. As well as taking one tablet daily, I have also been applying the product topically onto my nail-beds 3 times a week - and honestly, my nails have NEVER been this strong and long in my entire life! Usually my nails are thin, flaky, and brittle - but after a month of using this product, they are so strong and healthy! I expected to see a little improvement in my nails, but what I've actually seen is a MASSIVE, dramatic improvement. The capsules are quite large, but very easy to take with a glass of water. The bottle is very pretty for a supplement bottle, with its clear plastic and silver lid. I agree with other people who have said that the bottle is unnecessarily big compared to the size/amount of pills inside, but that doesn't affect the actual product itself. I had read in another review that the capsules they received had a 'fishy smell' - that is absolutely not true, the capsules I received have zero odour. Overall, this is a fantastic supplement, and I will definitely be re-ordering when mine runs out!

These tablets are small, round in shape and are very easy to swallow. I can't really say they taste of anything so they are pleasant enough to take. All that's needed is one of these tablets per day ideally with a meal which means they are versatile to use as you can choose when to take them ie: breakfast, lunch, dinner, supper, whichever suits you best. I have gone through the menopause, i have type 2 diabetes and take medication for long term medical conditions along with very strong painkillers and all these things have taken a toll on my general well-being. I have a very dry scalp and at times it can be very itchy . I opted for this product as the additional coconut along with all it's healthy properties appealed to me. I also like the fact that the product is manufactured in the UK. I have only been using this product for a couple of weeks so it is too soon to see any real difference to my hair and scalp but as it is an inexpensive product I shall continue to use it for at least 6 months to give it a real chance to make a difference.

Hay dos cosas que me han gustado. 1. El tamaño de la pastilla. Es muy pequeñita, con lo cual es muy facil de tragar. Y para aquellas personas que usan pastillero, es muy comodo porque al ser tant pequeña apenas ocupa sitio. 2. La mas importante, he esperado dos semanas a evaluar el producto: Llevaba una temporada que con las uñas fragiles y se me rompian constantemente. desde que tomo este suplemento tengo las uñas muy fuertes y no se rompen. Tambien tengo la sensación que crecen mas. Estoy muy contenta.

Natürlich kombiniert mit anderen Pflegemitteln sind die Tabletten eine Pflegebombe!!😍😍 Meine Nägel sind robuster & meine Haut geschmeidiger. ❤ Nebenwirkungen wie Pickel o.ä. habe ich gar nicht bemerkt, warum auch? Dazu muss ich sagen, dass ich mal in einer Apotheke gearbeitet habe & mir gesagt wurde, dass man solche Produkte erstmal mindestens 2-3 Monate täglich einnehmen muss, damit sich erste Ergebnisse zeigen. Wer sich also erhofft bahnbrechende Ergebnisse schon nach der ersten Einnahme zu sehen, wird selbstverständlich enttäuscht. Ich wollte mir schon seit langem mal ein HHN Produkt zulegen, verzweifelte aber immer an den immens hohen Preisen mancher Marken bei geringem Vorrat.. Hier hat man einfach hoch dosiertes Biotin für ein Jahr, was will Frau mehr? :3 Fazit: Preisleistung aufjedenfall mehr als top, alles in allem ein geiles Produkt!!! ❤
