Platinum Extra Dark Pencils - Pack Of 10

Best pencils I have ever used smooth dark writing.

The eraser that comes with the pencils is really wonderful. Doesn't smear, and doesn't leave any eraser residue behind. The pencils them selves are darker than the modern-day #2 pencils. I personally would like them to be a bit darker, but over all I am happy with them. I posted a photo of my crossword so you can see how dark the letters are.

theses pencils are great they wright dark and you don't have to press hard if they break its because you're pressing to hard which is normal when using lesser quality pencils

Pencils write smoothly and are comfortable to write with, but extra dark they are not. It’s no darker than a standard #2 pencil.

I got a sample of this pencil back in January 2017. Used in an art class at my church and was impressed. In class told another friend about how much I liked this pencil and loaned it to her. She used and was impressed. She asked where I got mine from and I said "a friend, want to share on a box?" So I ordered a box on February 28. Estimated delivery was set for March 21-April 11. I received today, March 9 and I love it! I didn't want to tell my friend I got the entire box for her because I ordered one for me too. I cannot wait to see her Sunday in church. I opened the box and checked out all of the pencils, sharpener, and eraser. The pencils are in perfect condition and the box is also perfect. The sharpener says long-point and does have a stop so you don't have to worry about sharpening forever (does a great job too). The eraser is wrapped so I didn't open, but its probably like the Absolute eraser (not the best, but works).

These pencils were suppose to be very dark leaded. They aren’t dark at all. They’re lighter than my regular ones.

I bought these pencils cause of the dark lead however the first time you sharpen them is fine.. but when I sharpened them the 2nd time the lead just snapped while I was writing & I wasn't even pressing down hard either, so if your looking for pencils with strong lead.. I wouldn't recommend these or you'll be sharpening them all the time - my advice stick w/ the yellow #2pencils.

I ordered another box of these pencils. I really like the darker lead.
