The low profile lenses sit comfortably around the eye and the traditional hard frame design gives swimmers a leak proof seal. CUSTOM FIT: The Swedish Style Goggles come with a nose string piece and a silicone goggle strap that can be modified for a personalized fit. Some swimmers use the extra goggle strap for the nose piece. Assembly Instructions: Thread nose string through the first lens using the small hole located at the side of the lens Slide the nose cover over both ends of the nose string Thread one end of the nose string through the remaining lens and tie with a knot By sliding the string, you should be able to hide the knot inside the nose cover To attach the silicone strap, push each end of the strap through the opening on the edge of the lens Pull equal lengths through the lens hole, so that you can tie the strap in a knot The silicone strap now acts as a double head strap If you find you need to tighten further you can untie and shorten up the length or adjust the head strap clasp Once you reach a comfortable length you can cut off any extra of the Some swimmers use a small section of the rubber strap in place of the nose string and blue nose cover Using about 1½ inches of the strap thread the ends through the string holes The silicone strap will stay secure.

Don’t buy these
Cheap is all you can say about these. Unsatisfactory. The silicone strap is poor, I used a rubber one from an old pair of authentic Swedish goggles. The string for nose is inadequate. The tint level was minimal at best, inadequate for daytime swimming. So, my effort to save a few bucks was money tossed down the drain. Only buy the real thing.

Best goggles ever
I was a competitive swimmer for 10 years - these goggles are perfect for competition and practice. They are not good if you are just learning to swim or are a recreation swimmer, they take some getting used to and you have to be careful not to get kicked in the face, but they are the most comfortable, leak-proof goggles out there.

Great except the small cotton string holding the eyecups together had to be replaced nearly immediately. No defects or poor construction

Don't Fit Well
I keep getting leaks and if they aren't leaking, their hurting my eye sockets. Best to go with the original Swedish Goggles, these just don't stand up.

Do not be deceived
These are fake Swedish goggles. Not the real thing. I was a competitive swimmer for many years and I can say the real Swedish goggles are FIVE STARS. Unfortunately, these are knock-offs and don't compare well. First of all they come built and need to be disassembled for fit. The nosepiece string is too thin and fragile and broke during the readjustment. The eyepiece itself is not too bad but the elastic band despite looking durable is difficult to adjust securely and does not tie together as well as the original. In addition, the hole for the elastic on the eyepiece is way too loose and makes it difficult to put the goggles on one strap at a time. These goggles are wearable, but not the real thing.

Terrible
Not happy. These goggles suck."Swedish Style"...... terrible.Unhappy with purchase and won't go with any other goggles besides the real Swedish goggles.Not sure why I even tried these

Not watertight
The problem is with the connecting STRING!! across the nose. Other strings are enclosed . This part of the product needs something more substantive. Strap is definitely second rate. Didn't pay much and got less than value.
