Q: Has anyone tried this before a long run? How did it work?

Yes, I have tried this before a spartan beast approx 12 miles in the middle of July taking about 4 hrs to complete. It worked well. I would suggest depending on the miles you are running, a gel pack during your run I utilize this product before, during, and post workouts I would strongly recommend this product for anyone who needs a quick absorbing carb.

Q: Is this product vegan?

Yes! I called the company and they said it has properties of potato, rice, and corn. No animal derivatives.

Q: Is you product 3rd party tested for purity?

Yes, All EFX Sports products are tested under the 3rd party Informed Sport. You can view all tests on their web site by the lot number on your product. On top of that we manufacture 100% of our own products and have a full service inhouse analytical lab.
