I purchased two of these pens as gifts for my parents. I purchased the brass version about a month and a half ago and I'm very satisfied with that particular pen. This stainless version, while extremely well-machined and finished, is a bit bland in comparison. The photos on Amazon depicted a slight polish to the barrel but the actual finish is a matte stainless. Nice in finish, but bland. It's a fantastic writing instrument though, thanks to the Pilot G2 cartridge. It's a great pen for those that will appreciate the workmanship and writing smoothness, but the brass version looks better.

I am a pen lover and have way more pens than is normal. I have Cross, Mont Blanc, Waterford and others. This pen is now my favorite. Would really like to see a clip of some sort on the pen. I bought two in stainless and will now order two in brass. High quality pen that accepts the g2 refill making it a dream to use.

very nice pen, well made, has a good weight to it. the only drawback for me is that the cap is a screw-on/off design that doesn't suit me, but that' just a personal preference and no reflection on the pen itself

Solid pen. Pleased with the purchase. It is slightly heavier than I anticipated, but I am happy using it for my EDC.
