Q: How many tortillas per package?

Usually they sell them as (2) packages of (4) tortillas each. They are VERY good. I was missing flour tortillas so much, until I found these. Their other GF products are amazing too.

Q: Where can I find the ingredient list? Do they contain corn?

From the Bakery's main website: Ingredients: water, brown rice flour, tapioca flour, palm fruit oil, white rice flour, golden flax seed meal, sugar, xanthan gum, potato flour, yeast, baking powder, psyllium husk powder, salt. *Refrigerate After Purchase. To warm, moisten tortilla with water, place in bag without tie and heat for 20-30 seconds in microwave.

Q: Do these freeze well?

Sorry did not freeze them...but flour tortillas don't freeze we'll...I wouldn't think these would either...as they thaw the moisture makes them gummy.

Q: Question for the sellers...What is the natural preservative and does the baking powder have corn in it?

Sorry I don't know, haven't ordered these in a long time.
