Dr. Sinatra CalaMarine Omega 3 Supplement with DHA and EPA, Clinical Grade for Brain, Heart, and Eye Health, 60 Softgels

These are good. A little smaller then the brand I was using, and don't get stuck in my throat.

The Dr Sinatra Calamarine Oil Omega-3 capsules are a winner! They provide the correct amount of DHA needed for my heart. I take two each morning. It helps to lower my cholesterol without the use of statins. I also take some Citrus Bergamot to help lower my cholesterol which has always been hovering just above 200. Usually my HDL is high enough so that my ratio is less than the 4.5 range which is recommended. I still have issues with my triglycerides and that bothers me but I continue on. I also add MegaRed Krill oil once a day to complete my omega-3 supplements.

I actually just started using this product shortly after it arrived at the beginning of this month, in only 2 days after ordering it from Amazon. I had researched similar products that were more costly, and discovered that the milligram strength was equal for far less money out of pocket. The only difference I have felt, physically, since starting the product, has been an increase in energy. I was interested in the properties of Cholesterol control, and won't really know the difference in those numbers until my next Lipid profile. I am very happy with the fact that there has been no adverse side effects felt with using the Omega 3 Calamarine, like the burping and aftertaste that I sometimes encountered when using fish oil type products for their Omega properties. I will recommend this product on my personal findings. There might be other products out there that are claiming to do more, but I believe I will stick with Dr. Sinatra's for now.

Love this product because you are getting the Omega 3's that you need without the aftertaste of fish oil (or not knowing what fish your oil is coming from?). Squid oil is part of Molluscs which are better for you than fish oil, and highly digestible. Highly recommend this product for this reason. Dr. Sinatra is the only brand using this that I know of. It has a higher DHA in it than all other ones out there. And that is imperative for heart health.

Better than Krill Oil! I have taken krill oil and still get a fishy burp taste in my mouth. With this I don't. It also seems to make me wake up less to go to the bathroom at night. I take one a day and it seems like good quality to me. Fish oil really tastes bad, krill oil still fishy and this no fishy taste in my mouth at all. This is hard to find, but well worth it IMO. i hope they don't stop making it. Sinatra makes a good line of products. I was using NatureMaid Krill which is a good brand , but much prefer the Calamarine instead.

This is an excellent supplement developed by a great man, Dr. Stephen Sinatra whose books have helped and saved millions from the ineffective, harmful treatments of Western medicine.

My bottle of fish oils arrived and all the capsules were stuck together as apparently it melted. The label on the front of the bottle also showed some sign of temperature issues as it was wrinkled.

I have only been taking this supplement for a short while, but so far, it has done exactly what it said it would - I can feel the benefits and there is NO fishy residue taste or burping - also, it was VERY DIFFICULT to find a SQUID based omega supplement and SQUID is BY FAR the best source of Omegas.... VERY HAPPY with this supplement and will keep buying it!! :-)
