It is too soon to make definite conclusions since I started taking this supplement but I did notice an improvement in the stiffness of my knee and wrist joints and a lessening of arthritic pains from gout. So far no major gout flare ups and I will continue to take this supplement and observe its long term use effects.

Better and easier on my body than prescription meds for gout attacks
I suffer from gout sometimes, and I didn't like the prescription meds that I was taking. But since taking these, I haven't had an attack. Nor have I had the little twinges of pain that often signify that uric acid is building and an attack is forthcoming. No side effects that I notice. Thank you for these!
