Update to my prior review — received a second set of lights. I have to say that what I love the most is that these lights are really bright, so they look much nicer than the other sets of Led lights I’ve purchased. They still unstick so I had to use some command-style tape to keep them up BUT the color changing switch looks sturdier than the prior set so I may have received a bad set before. Also, the biggest plus is that this company stands behind its product.Pro: Lights are bright and pretty but two HUGE cons ... (1) the strip would unstick from my tv. I ended up having to use command hooks to hold it in place and (2) it doesn’t come with a separate remote control and the power switch is not sturdy. In order for me to change color of lights lights, I had to press down hard on the switch which in turn caused the switch to separate from the led lights. I ended up buying another brand of led light strips with a remote.

These lights are flat out awesome! so many modes and differetn color lights.. and the adhesive is the stickiest I have ever seen, awesome buy!

Looked and operated great. Didn't seem to last extremely long though. Also worth mentioning that they were very hard to remove (cleanly) afterwards as well.

This is the first LED Strip that I've bought and I have to say, I'm so glad I bought it. I currently use this for my TV and my walk-in closet. The light is very bright and there are many different colors and modes. It's very easy to install and you can pretty much insert it anywhere. You just need to be able to plug in the end to a power source of any kind. All you gotta do is peel and stick. If it's too long, get a scissor or knife and cut it. Its very simple. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for LED Strips.

These stayed lit for about an hour and now do not work at all.

It's bright. I used to accent my computer desk and I love the effect. Its controller has many settings but I don't think you can turn it off unless you unplug it. The adhesive has held up pretty good. After a couple of weeks I found part of it to be falling off but after pressing it back into place, it's continuing to hold up. For only $12.50 I think the price was good. I kind of have my desk in a tight spot so my access to the controls is a little tough. I just leave it on one setting, a fade through all the colors. Unplugging it isn't very practical for me the way I have my desk set up so it's just going to stay on until it dies. I'm curious to see how long it will hold up.

This is a good item at a great price! It adds LED light to any room cheaply and easily. the night after insalletion it started to flicker when set on a mildly low brightness (brightness 1-5) but I am not bothered at all, cause' in any case I prefer it on brighness 7 - so what ever.other then that, it is great! -strong adhesive and nice colors.
