Delicious! I would often add my own oats to it and eat it cold.

Great muesli that is low carb. It is great tasting where I mix in with my yogurt for breakfast. Definitely worth a purchase.

This muesli achieves being low-carb by including a lot more seeds (pumpkin, sunflower) whereas most other mixes have more grains (e.g., oats). This means it doesn’t soften much in milk to achieve a porridge-like consistency. While it still tastes good, it’s probably too crunchy for most tastes. That being said, I mix one bag of this blend with two other of their blends (the one with apples is good, and/or the chocolate & strawberry) and the blend is both lower in carbs yet has the consistency more typical of European muesli.
