This bowl is made of a real coconut grown in Vietnam. As a natural coconut made into a bowl, it doesn't have a perfect round shape like other human-made bowl, but maintain the original shape of a coconut. Outside, the coconut is shaved and smoothened to reveal the brown shiny color of coconut wood. Inside, pieces of mother of pearl were hand-cut into different water-drop and round shapes and inlaid on the white lacquer background. Under light, the mother of pearl pieces will reflect the light and change their colors from white to light yellow, brown, and sometimes, purple and green. This bowl can be used to decorate the place, bringing the rustic atmosphere to the living environment. It can also be a candy bowl, a flower bowl, or a plant pot. Please do not use it on stove tops, microwave. Don't use it to hold hot liquid. Hand-washing is recommended.
