I’m picky about my supplements and their ingredients. Reading reviews of magnesium products on Amazon reveals common quality/production issues with capsules broken in every bottle. I was buying Dr. Mercola’s Magnesium Theonate, but there were so many broken capsules that I finally lost confidence in the quality and began researching other options. I found the LES Labs brand of Magnesium Citrate and I’m very happy. There are no questionable ingredients and I sleep well and don’t get muscle cramps. The quality of capsules is excellent and consistent. It’s a good product and is delivering the results I want.

I would get cramps or what s better known as "charlie horses" through the night as I slept. They were so bad they would wake me up. I have to take 4 of these capsules at suppertime and I am relieved of the cramping. Really works. I recommend.

I’m a 61 yr old man. I take blood pressure med ( Beta Blocker / Bystolic ) & Zoloft for mild depression. One of these meds after several years has caused me to get calf pains, muscle aches, & spasms all over my body. I’m sure of it. Even my Accupunturist couldn’t help me. Had a ultra sound of calf’s to see if I had a blood clot. Negative. One week of taking one pill of Magnesium Citrate daily and miraculously the pains are almost all gone. It also helps regulate blood glucose levels and aid in the production of energy and protein. Most of the population is deficient in this vital mineral. The only side effect I’ve experienced thus far is loose bowel movements once a day. I can deal with that as it may take my body time to adjust. Don’t be scared, try it. Most of the medical profession won’t tell you about the benefits of Magnesium because it won’t pay for their Mercedes. Big Pharma makes money off of sick people. No me sirve, siento un dolor muy agudo en parte baja de mi cabeza un dolor insoportable y deje de tomarlas porque sufrí ese dolor por 4-5 días que tome el producto. Y está lleno el frasco, deben de garantizar producto o poder devolverlo si no le sirve a los usuarios,
