Fun little Toy to Keep your mind occupied.
I have two sons with different types of mental disabilities and thought these would be great for them to play with on the way to doctor appointments or when in the car as they get terrible anxiety while riding.This is a basic design of two key chains with other pieces connected to them. They seem to roll in your hands and one of my children says it can walk :) It keeps the kids occupied and is small and easy to put in their pockets to take along anywhere. .I love that this is a two pack but don't try to use one in each hand, it will stress you. It is perfect for each child having one to play with.

Not just for children
These are listed for kids but I gave one to my friend whose girlfriend is having progressive cancer treatment, as he is very fidgety when he is nervous, and it has helped take his mind off of her painful treatment while she is having it done. He said it is a life saver. I have been using the other one, as I suffer from panic attacks and high anxiety and I play with it calms me down. I think this is a great invention. I am going to get a couple more for my son, daughter, son in law and husband.

Best conspicuous fidget toy for adults with ADD and/or anxiety
As an adult with ADD and anxiety, this is a miracle "toy" for me. It doesn't make noise like some fidgit cubes and it fits easily (and conspicuously) in my pocket, unlike the spinners and cubes. I keep it in my pocket during work meetings and one-on-one conversations to keep me from talking too fast, playing with my nails, or some other bad habit is unprofessional. I even played with during a movie recently and it kept me from squirming too much and eating more popcorn than I needed :)

Worth trying
I bought it for my daughter who bites her nails and we tried everything else. This seems to help while at school or studying but when she is in sports there still is no hope as you cant have this.

Fidget keychain
It is a simple little fidgeting toy which also be used as a keychain. It is fun to fidget with it. I use it as a keychain.
