FRS Triangle / Triangular 20w 12v Halogen Downlight Under Unit Cabinet Cupboard Shelf Light Stainless Steel (Transformer Required)

Very easy to fit - even a DIY rabbit like me managed it. (These were a replacement for some very ancient lamps of a similar type). Absurdly long cable but there is nothing you can do about that. Lovely bright lights.

Looks good

Used as a replacement for a similar underlighting unit in a 14 year old kitchen, this does the job very well. Easy to install. Connectors fitted the original ones, so easy to unplug the old and insert the new.

A great buy

1 of the set of 3 under cupboard kitchen lights broke. This was the same so didn't have to buy a complete new set, however the plug didn't fit my transformer so took the old 1 off the broken light and connected to the new 1. Works a dream and cant see the diy plug connection as it tucked away under cupboards.

Very slow delivery and low quality inside

I've just bought an under-cabinet light fitting from FRS on Amazon ref FR20TCSCH.The instructions are inadequate:1) they do not say anything about how to remove the light assembly from the triangular frame so that the frame can then be screwed under the cabinet. I think this might be done by inserting something under the outer ring and prising it out. It worked bt wasn't easy.2) I wanted to check how to change a lamp for when that was needed. They say "carefully remove the retaining ring & the glass" but nothing about how that should be done. I tried by again prising between the outer ring and the retaining ring. It did come out but again was very tight. The glass could have been removed and a bulb replaced but on replacing the (very very thin) glass and retaining ring, but it was so tight the glass broke.This was all done on unboxing. It would have been unacceptably difficult if tried in situ. Low price but a cheaply-made product, not easy to work with and instructions inadequate.
