Jorg chisels
A chippy of over fifty years wanted some cheap site chisels I could beat the crap out of for not a lot of money, wow was I surprised really nicely finished keep an edge well strong too dont hesitate if you need some chisels these are super value.

wood chisels
The chisels are well made the only draw back is when you first purchase them you must sharpen them. I found that they seem sharp to the touch but are in actual fact not so. I have resharpened them to a different angle (all chisels are sharpened to 25 degrees but I have found that if you shapen the cutting edge to 30 degrees it is a lot sharper and your chisel will last a lot longer)

Perfect for what we needed!!!
We needed to sort a solid oak door out and they did exactly what we needed them to do.They came clean, in a beautiful case and had a blade compressor to secure the blades in transit. Couldn’t ask for more!!!

これがノミなのかプロに聞いてみたい
ノミというものは通常歯裏が一番広く、背にいくにしたがって、斜めに上がっていくものと思っていた。しかしこれは歯裏から直角に上がっている。これでは、ノミと同じ幅を掘ったとき歯が抜けなくなると思う。また歯裏には通常浅い溝があるが、このノミは限りなく真っ平である。研いで短くなっても、いつまでも使えるということなのか？なんの金属かはわからないが、とりあえず歯はついているが、すぐに欠けそうである。こんなに歯に切断跡が残っているものなのか？というくらい磨かれていない。安かったし、練習用の使い捨て程度と諦める。ちなみに裏に砥石をかけてみた結果が画像である。いかに平面に仕上げられていないかがわかる。かなりの時間荒砥石をかけてみたが、最後まで左上の歯の部分の黒い塗料は落ちなかった。つまり、裏が平ではなく、歯も真っすぐでないということである。何度も砥石の面直しをし、平面にするためにこすり続けたが、いくらやっても平面にならず、初めて砥石のほうがもったいなく感じた刃物であった。少なくとも、日本製だとこんな仕事はしないであろう。ノミというものを知らない人がノミと似たる物として作ったものと思う。レビューも当てにならないものである。
