Update: After these were breaking spokes like....hmm?...dry spaghetti?...I took them to shop after installing new spokes to have both front and rear trued professionally. 2 rides and rear started breaking original spokes again, and then front started breaking spokes...so the cost of truing down the drain, as you know, when you pop a spoke rim goes out. So these spokes are absolute garbage, it could be that the hub has some sort of manufacturing issue and is either grinding down spoke until it pops, or the geometry is off or something. So in the end these have been a huge headache, are dangerous in my opinion, and now sit in a corner of my garage taking 2nd seat to 7 year old Bontragers that keep ticking, they look great but trusting them when bombing down a hill at 30mph...no way.Original:These seem to be decent, but after about 20 cross country rides, popped a spoke, might be just a function of the aero/flat blade spoke as I have ridden on Bontrager standard spokes (same set) for over 7 years without one broken spoke. These are about the same weight as my Bontrager rims which are non sealed ball bearing, these (new ones here) have a significantly loud freewheel clicking. Best thing so far is that they are sealed bearings so I can continue to slam through creeks and mud without too much concern, my older non sealed ball bearing rims are so worn the bearings are actually egg shaped now...but they still roll well...so hmm who knows? You can also see the side by side of my older Bontrager vs. this one. I would purchase these again, as the price point is quite low if the only issue I have is popping a spoke now and then.

Bought a pair of these a month ago. Been riding them hard for two weeks now, mostly on road. These are by far the smoothest fastest wheels I've ridden . I have Shimano Ultegra, Oval 505, WTB , Vuelta Corsa Race and Mavic wheels and they aren't as smooth as these. Don't know how they do that at that price. These wheels are one of the lightest if not the lightest MTB disc wheels sets out there. I've ordered a second pair to use exclusively on the trails which I indent to punish. I'm swapping out my Mavic's for these. I'll update my feedback after a few weeks of hard pounding on the trails. I also ordered a pair of their 700C wheels at their too good to believe price. Will swap out a pair of Oval 505 for those and test them.. I've been looking at the hubs on these wheels and I'm highly tempted to tear them apart to check out their internals as I do all my bike repairs (I have 12 bikes and yes I'm strange ). These wheels are so inexpensive that you could just buy a pair to try them. I highly recommend them and I'm very very picky with my wheels. My only concern is their longevity but only time will tell. For what I paid for them I'll probably forgive them if they don't last as long as I would like them to. PS they really sound sexy, just loud enough but not too loud.
