Takes Some Setup But Works
These do the job of helping people boost themselves up a little in my hot tub. A lot of people in other reviews say they do not float and that is true at first but they sink if you do two things: One, buy something to weigh them down. I bought some clear pebbles that are designed for fish tanks or planters. There is a inner pouch that you can put whatever you use for weights in. Two, you have to intentionally squeeze out all of the air bubbles from the cushion after it's in the water. Flip it on various sides and press it hard against a flat surface under the water until air stops coming out. After you have both of those things it should sink but not feel super heavy underwater. It will be very heavy out of the water but that's not really avoidable.

Absorbs water, looses boyancy and gets very heavy. A bad seat choice.
I like it bit its a bit odd. The floatation is good but keeps absorbing water and keeps loosing more of its boyancy as you go along. Next when it is fully absorbed with water it does not drain off. You have to squeeze it out and then it still dont drain all out. This means it’s constantly dripping. You need to think about were you put this to let it drain. It holds a lot of liquid and gets very heavy.

Exactly as advertised.
It works great and I didn’t need to add ballast so it would stay submerged. The only drawback is it could be a bit thicker. I’m 5’ tall and short waisted. Even with the booster seat, I’m still not quite high enough to be comfortable in the bucket seats of our spa.

Very Comfortable
I have a walk-in tub with a rather hard seating area, so I need a pillow on which to sit. After about three and a half years, my old pillow had flattened out so much that it was almost like sitting on a hard surface. I came across this pillow and decided to try it.The pillow is very comfortable, and, without weighing it down with anything, it doesn't float. According to the reviews, that's not the case for everyone, but it worked for me.My only gripe is the color. I know these pillows are made primarily for hot tubs, so I guess the color doesn't matter that much. However, this goes in my beige bath tub in a bathroom that doesn't have anything blue in it. I'm kind of a coordination freak, so having that aqua pillow in there makes me a little crazy. Please, Wididi, make these things in a nice neutral color, like beige.Other than the color, I'm happy with this pillow so far, and hope it lasts at least as long as my other pillow did. If it doesn't, I'll post an update.

Does not do the job
I am sending it back no matter what you do it wants to float. I do not think I should have to put rocks in it to do the job it is supposed to do by its self

It is a good booster seat
It is a good booster seat, seems high quality. I definitely had to fill the pouches with little round pebbles, to weight it down, because it still wants to float a bit. When it is good and waterlogged, it tends to stay in place better.

Great spa seat/pillow!
Our cursory review of 4 weeks shows this to be a nicely designed functional spa pillow. Our spa has the same level of seating and so when our friend visits she needs this pillow assistance. We previously had a less expensive pillow of plastic that held up well for some 5 years. We never took it out. So far we have not removed this one either. We transferred the marbles we had purchased from the old one to the new seat. This pillow/seat has a nice three-compartment pocket using Velcro and zipper to disperse the marbles evenly and keep them secure. This is vital for weight to keep the pillow seat submerged. Thus far we are very impressed. As I recall we purchased the marbles from a discount store.

Floating weighted seats??
Disappointed for the price! No matter what we did, the seats float. They advertise no more floating sests.. love the material, size and look but even sitting on them they try to float.

Maybe suitable for a hot tub, but not a bath.
I have been looking for and have had difficulty finding a seat cushion to gain a little height in the bath and also for a soft seat rather than sitting on the base of a hard acryclic bath.Having found inflatable ones online, these usually develop a leak and end up in the bin. I thought this seat cushion would be ideal for sitting on whilst taking a bath. It is certainly softer sitting on this than sitting on the base of a bath, but the problem arose once I had finished my bath. The water from the bath drained away and I was left with a heavy seat cushion full of water it is impossible to squeeze out in one go. There was nowhere to put this cushion other than to leave it in the bath, as it was still full of water. Now and then, I would go upstairs and try and squeeze out a bit more water but after many attempts, it still retains water. The real issue here is, is this seat cushion hygenic? I know that this seat cushion is designed for hot tubs and not baths, but the problem should be the same, in that the water remaining in the cushion must harbour bacteria after some time. I understand that people use chemicals to disinfect hot tubs and so I imagine this would disinfect the cushion at the same time. In this case, the seat cushion is okay for hot tubs, but not baths.

I bought this for my mother when she got a spa, She's quite a small woman, so the extra high the cushion gives stops her having to sit on her knees. Takes a good 5-10 minutes for the cushion to get waterlogged and it sorts of stays at the bottom of the spar but still floats around. We did put some marbles we had laying around to see if that would help keep it at the bottom but I think we need heavier ones.Once waterlogged the cushion is very heavy to pull out but having the straps on the side allows you to get a good grip. The only thing I do not like was the price. If this dropped down to about £25 it would be a steal and I would buy another.

Merci Wididi !

Great product!
I am very happy with this product! I have always wanted to sit a bit higher and more comfortable in my jacuzzi, but the existing cushions did not appeal to me. Instead of sitting on the hard material of the jacuzzi now I sit on a soft cushion which also looks great! Just love the color! The bonus pouch is also very convenient. I filled it with gravel from the local garden center and it really keeps the seat down so you can easily position it without the seat floating away.
