Doodle Adventures: The Rise of the Rusty Robo-Cat!

Our 5 year old loves this book. He loves the panels and the ability to contribute to the story. We were looking for something to get him into reading. Good book if you also like the Dogman series.

My 8 year old loves this series, which encourages kids to be part of the story by illustrating some of the pages. It's fun for him to put his own art in the book and then fun to go back and read them again later when he's grown a bit. I think he will enjoy looking back at these when he's an adult. We have all of them. The stories are very funny too, so it's sort of an extension of a dan pilkey book.

I purchased all three of the Doodle Adventures as an inspiration for my 8 year old grandson to find enjoyment with drawing. Something he liked to do, but felt he wasn’t very good at.I had hoped the Doodle Adventure books would Inspire him to have fun and focus less on the quality of his drawing. BIG HIT!Mom says he loves the books and can’t wait to show everyone the funny things he has drawn to complete the stories. He is now finishing up his second book and has shown much improvement in his drawing!

My two boys love receiving these books as gifts. They love adding their silly ideas to illustrate the story and enjoy reading and re-reading these books.

I love this book...The boy I tutor loves drawing in it...He gets sooo excited. I got all three in this series.A must for youngsters!
