Lots of Features for a Bargain Price
I bought this primarily as a storage and range bag for my LMT308MWS with its 16" barrel and Surefire brake. The materials and workmanship are high quality, and though it is not quite as sturdy as my $250 - $300 drag bags, it is plenty strong for the intended use and light field work. I gave it five stars because the bag is loaded with features for a bargain price. The interior has a sewn-in pocket to hold the rifle butt and three 2-inch tapes running lengthwise used to position three adjustable tie-down straps to secure the rifle. The bag is plenty roomy and sturdy enough to handle the LMT tricked out with a PRS stock, 4.5-14x50mm Leupold M-1 scope and Harris bipod that tips the scales around 14 pounds loaded. It will also stretch to fit when I switch out to the 20" 5R SS target barrel. There is a pocket along the lower spine to hold a one-piece cleaning rod.On the outside there is one large lower pocket measuring about 10"x11"x2" on the butt end for accessories with small sewn-in pockets inside and a slash pocket on its cover that can be used for data books, targets, or other thin items. There are two long pockets on the upper end. One is about 5"x18"x2" and has five elastic loops inside, which I use to hold three 10-round 7.62 Magpul magazines and there is plenty of room left for boxes of ammo or additional 20 or 25-round 7.62 magazines. The other pocket starts out at 5" and tapers to about 2"x18"x2". It is a good place for a scope if not attached to the rifle, another optic or a suppressor, as well as camo netting, a ground mat, etc.The outside features tie down points, covered zippers, a rain hood, a sewn-in drag loop and removeable pack straps.

Great drag bag at cheap price.
I have an RPR with folding stock and got weary of hauling it in a Pelican case to the range. Just to big and heavy. I shopped for a soft bag which would fit it with the stock folded, and purchased this Elkton drag bag. I am delighted and now use it instead. It is well made, has good straps to hold the rifle inside, lots of zipper compartments, and the quality is really surprisingly good for $60. Not sure why people pay $200 for similar well known brands. I am keeping the pelican for when I ever fly or travel far with lots of luggage. I can also leave a 2 piece side mounted bipod on that would not fit in the pelican. This bag is a little hard to find in search results which may limit its popularity - I found it once when looking and had trouble finding it again to buy it. No regrets on this purchase at all. I have used it for about 6 months now pretty much weekly, and it is holding up good. I have not dragged it as I have no need to but I believe the drag hood would work to keep dirt out of the top end. Straps and handle are sturdy. Zippers fine.

Roomy, Rugged and Compact!!
Solid canvas bag for trips to the range or hauling a single weapon in the outdoors. Roomy (will fit most AR-platform rifles with barrels up to about 18") but compact. Although I haven't used them, includes backpack-style straps that stow away when not in use. Comes with fairly sizeable exterior gear pockets that will accommodate most typical shooting accoutrements - ammo, rangefinder, targets, sling, etc. One flaw, for certain users, is that the included pocket-enclosed web-type magazine holders will not realistically fit MSR-style mags larger than 15 rounds (which is not a problem for me since I reside in the Peoples' Republic of NJ and we are confined to 10-rounders). This seems strange to me for a "tactical" rifle bag. Overall, a rugged looking bag that's ideally sized and won't break the bank!

Not a double zipper case.
I use this for my ar, and it fits really nice with lots of storage pockets. I like the fact that you can secure, strap your ar down with plenty of good padding. Now what I don’t like about this is the fact that it isn’t double zipped. So let’s say you need to get your gun out quickly, it will not happen. With a double zipper it would have So much better.

Nice for the price!
Very nice drag bag. Hopefully it will last a long time. It was a bit short for my sniper rifle but with the piece that attaches to the end I can still use it. A lot of space for magazines and other things. Seems well made and durable. Time will tell.

A very sturdy bag at a great value
It is exactly as advertised. This bag is sturdy and well constructed. The storage pockets are well thought out, and very useful for all my needs Similar in design to some other bags of varying lengths, but much less in price. Perfect size for an ar up to 20” barrel. I will use for storage and transporting. It is superior to any bags that I was able to purchase locally, and that includes all the major stores. I would recommend to others and would purchase again.

Great Bag for SIG 716
11/17/2020 - Just got this bag for my new SIG716. The rifle fits great. The rifle measures approx.35" and the bag measures 40". Plenty of storage for ears, eyes , Clenzoil Field & Range Tactical Kit, Raiseek Gun Cleaning Rod One Piece Carbon Fiber 36 Inch. The bag has padding on both sides (front and back). It appears to be a great range bag.

Awesome bag! Cannot beat this price.
Was looking at a nearly identical bag at Cabela's for $115 when I decided to see what amazon had from my phone. Took a shot on this on based on the reviews and I am so pleased with this. Absolutely perfect for a AR style rifle or a shorter shotgun. Tons of pockets for mags and accessories and lots of buckles and straps to keep everything tight. Awesome.

High Quality, Low Price
Extremely happy with this drag bag. It is very well made and comfortable to carry or wear. Using it for a 30-30 mostly, but can fit a .22lr as well, side by side. Will accept longer rifles, but nice and tidy for shorter ones (no floppy bag end). Make sure to check the specs.
