Chair didnt cost much, is fairly easy to assemble and fairly comfortable, took many naps in it.Unfortunately Both brackets that hold the leg rest in are cheap, and have been reinforced wtih QuikSteel after breaking (one broke twice, needed more i suppose lol) and now after daily use since December of 2017 it has two broken leg rest brackets after they BOTH just broke at once, and it now leans back and to the left at all times. Not sure what's wrong but seems to have a bent section or maybe a loose catch in the pivot joint.Probably going to order something a little heavier duty next time

I'm 69 inches tall and weight 195 lbs. The seat on this chair is not comfortable. Maybe for the first 30 min but after that.... I had to put some more cushion in the seat. I tried the gimmicky leg thingy and if you put to much weight on it, it will break. Other than that the chair is great. No problems with the shipping or assembling. Wheels work great on carpet. The lumbar cushion took a little to get adjusted to my liking. Overall a decent gaming chair for the price.

had a strange thing happen the other day.. caster mount broke on the base arm.. on checking this whole base is compressed PLASTIC ..the caster wheel has a metal slip in finger into the hole in the base arm..continued use ON A CHAIR MAT was too much for this stress. and the support for that hole just broke ..also.. i find the seat horrible after prolonged use.. I am 5'1" .195 lbs and the way the cushion is designed it has a tendency to slant you down hill somewhat..and the pad, which is also thin, only hits you mid calf.. overall.. i would not buy again.. its pretty but not comfortable for long sitting..

Its a great chair, comfortable, the leg rest extends a good amount and seems to be very sturdy. The lean back is great and works almost to 180 degrees. . The only downside is that I'm a bigger guy. When I sit in the chair the part that angles up, beneath the armrest, digs into my thighs and it is pretty uncomfortable unless I sit a certain way.EDIT June 9, 2019 : For me taking the pillow out on the bottom, made this chair a lot more comfortable.

Definitely get help to assemble! I was too impatient waiting for my roommates to get home so did it myself. It's possible, just tricky. The chair itself feels pretty sturdy, not insanely comfortable but also not bad for the price. Wheels don't roll very easily on carpet compared to other chairs. Overall great chair

Pretty straight forward to assemble. No broken pieces on my chair like I read about from other reviewers. Foot rest, arm lifters, and back adjustment work great. Wheels roll just fine. Cant believe it took me this long to get a real computer chair! If I had to find a complaint about the chair I would say that the arm rests do swivel left and right easily which is kind of annoying.

The chair was nice when it was new but 6 months later it started to creak loud and when I would get up from the chair something would pop really loud and when leaning back in the chair. Build quality isn't the best, in my opinion, the wheel casters broke and I now I have 2 wheels off the chair making it unusable severely disappointed in the product that I purchased will not buy anything from Gtracing chairs again.

After 6 months the chair began frequently lowering the seat and does not seem capable of maintaining adjusted seat height.2019.10.27 UPDATE - Upgraded my initial 2 star rating to 5 stars after seller has provided me with a replacement gas lift for the chair which is on the way.
