As someone who has had many problems with my teeth and gums ever since I was a young child, I'm really grateful I discovered this amazing product almost 2 years ago! I use it every day - several times a day - as a mouthwash, when I floss my teeth, and I often add a few drops to my toothpaste! Healthy month oil!
Very easy to use. Very pricey but worth the buy. You are doing your month a justice but getting this good plant base healthy product. I use it wth my oil pulling, as a month wash and for brushing the gums. A little goes a !omg way.

The taste takes some getting used to in the beginning if you are used to sweet ad foamy stuff, but not a show stopper. What is immediately apparent is no more bad breath when used in conjunction with tongue scraper and air floss. Am happy as it works.
