I've had my eye on the ostrich pillow since it came out years ago. I had a hard time justifying the expense "just for sleeping." I wish I could go back in time and buy sooner, because this pillow is everything I was expecting and more. It gives me the greatest sleep, and I'm a notoriously terrible sleeper. If you're on the fence, treat yourself. You won't regret it.

I love this pillow. I’ve not actually worn it anywhere but around the house because my ex wouldn’t let me take it with on trips because he said I looked ridiculous. But now he’s an ex and I’ll definitely try it on my next trip.

Before you go to far, yes you do look stupid wearing this. If that’s the only they you care about then don’t get it. Now if you are like myself and don’t care what all the strangers you’ll never meet again think about while you sleep then this thing is great. They show people putting their hands in the holes on the head… nahh those are vents so your head doesn’t get to hot. It’s big enough to make it so your head doesn’t roll over while falling asleep, thin enough that you don’t get too hot wearing it. Perfect window seat pillow. Bonus points when I ordered it and got 2.

This is my 2nd pillow, first 5 years ago. Too small, had to be asked to use and know it rippef apart and ruined. Bought new in mid December 2024

This was a gag gift but my husband loves it and uses it every day lolol inwish i could share a picture. lol looks hysterical but works

The pillow material is very soft, and the beads inside are a nice consistency, but it honestly feels very under stuffed. I wish they had put more beads in. I understand the risk of them spilling everywhere and that's why they filled it the way they did, but it's a bit disappointing for a pillow this expensive. The first time I used this, I put it on, sat back, and got a nice feel of every crevice of the bus windowsill on a trip for school. Not something you want in a pillow this expensive. Also, the neck area has a rigid ring at the very bottom that can be uncomfortable. Obviously, your head will get hot in this and your hair will be messed up beyond repair if you're napping in the middle of the day. I get that this seems 'fun' and the idea of it is pretty cool, but even as confident as I am I still felt uncomfortable putting this on in front of people.In short, just buy another travel pillow and save a lot of money.

We bought this to use for airline travel. My son really liked that he could put it in and use it to lay any way and it provided great support. The only downside is that it’s rather large and doesn’t pack down so takes up a lot of carryon space.

This product is advertised on Amazon as "easy to clean" and "washable", but that is not true; it cannot be washed. The cleaning instructions from the manufacturer (only available after purchase and receipt) specifically state it CANNOT be washed, but only "spot cleaned" (whatever that means) on a limited basis. Further, there is no way to actually turn this pillow inside out to clean the interior (e.g., the part that rubs against your face and eyes); there appear to be hard plastic "ribs" inside the pillow that maintain it's structure and prevent it being turned inside out.This is a completely unusable product. First, anything I'm going to be pressing against my face, such as a pillow, needs to be washed upon receipt - this comes direct from a manufacturing facility in China, and any similar item of clothing, linens, etc. needs to be washed before first use. Second, and possibly more important, this is a pillow - it literally is in constant contact with your head and face when it is being used. It will quickly get dirty and must be washed just as a result of regular use - this is such a basic requirement for this type of item that I am literally shocked this is still offered for sale.In sum: this is an unsanitary and poorly designed gimmick. Grossly overpriced and unusable.
