The ice cream scoop arrived on time. And so far it is amazing. Bought thescoop because my last one broke in a rather tough tub of ice cream, but thenew one cuts right through. Only thing i can see improved on is the gripfor the scoop, a little bit of texture would help me keep hold of it evenafter I rinse it off between flavors. Thank you for the great product!

It has been working great, I actually broke two previous ice scoopers made by other companies that lead me to this one, Only reason I give it 4 stars is its a little small in my hand to hold but would be perfect for someone with smaller hands..

Love this multi-function tool. Arrived very sharp and I put it to use same evening. Didn't need the ice cream scoop but found I liked it more than the one I had, so it was a nice bonus. Very glad I bought this.

Wow. This is my first good ice cream scoop, and I'm extremely glad I bought it. It's exactly what I was looking for. I'd say its description is spot-on! It seems to be extremely high in quality. The photos don't really do it justice. The only one that comes close to doing it justice is the one where the handle is closer to the camera than the scoop is. None of the photos show the slightly-sharpened edge of the entire scoop though. The photos make the edge look rounded. They do a good job though of showing off the perfect mirror-like polish. It's very nice.I just used it for the first time too and I really enjoyed it. It was the first time that I was able to EASILY scoop out my favorite sherbet, and EASILY release it from the scoop into the bowl, all without worrying about bending or breaking it! It was almost effortless to use it (it definitely seems absolutely indestructible and unbendable for its intended uses). You see, I prefer to keep my sherbet a bit more frozen so that it's rather stiff and even a bit chewable, and this scoop is perfect for that. It was almost as easy as scooping out very soft sherbet. I'm impressed. It's a real pleasure to finally be able to keep my sherbet extra frozen without getting frustrated when I try to scoop some out. It's a pleasure to finally *enjoy* scooping out my sherbet instead of it being an unpleasant task that I have to go through just to get some sherbet.There's one thing that I didn't expect or think of for some reason, but it makes perfect sense to me now: the entire handle become kind of cold while I was scooping out the sherbet. It happened fairly quickly too. When I cleaned it, I used hot water and the handle became pretty warm kinda quickly. So if your hands are very warm, it should help when releasing your frozen treat from the scoop. That's a big bonus in my opinion.Speaking of washing, I didn't have to use any soap. I just rinsed it with hot water, dried it with a towel and it's just like I never used it.I realize that there are many ice cream scoops here on Amazon that look to be nearly identical to this one (and perhaps even nicer and higher in quality somehow), but you know, this ERA Concept company seems to be a bit of an underdog and so I'm glad I gave them my money and not some bigger company.So, if you're looking for a new ice cream scoop, then you can stop looking and buy this one. I expect this one to last me the rest of my life, and I'm only 38 years old.

After use clean as fast as you can .It will hold food between wheel and spatula.Possible bacteria breader.

Very sharp and goes right through the pizza crust!

I really like the size and sturdiness of this little scoop. However, I've only had it since last August and have noticed that little bubbles have developed in the scoop portion. Since I always hand wash it this is very disappointing. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this product.
