Mobile AC Adapter for AT&T ZTE Mobley – OBD Cellular Wi-Fi Hotspot Device

I bought the item directly from the ZIM-5 Enterprises seller. I actually received the item a good 7 days ahead of expected delivery and about 3 days after I placed my order.The adapter was exactly as described and looked in the screenshots. I was very impressed with the quality of it, and it is definitely on par with something you would buy directly from a brand name manufacturer. If someone were to see this connected to the ZTE Mobley, it would seem to be something provided by ZTE itself.I like how the cable is on the back of the OBDII connector as it makes it looks more seamless. I've seen pictures of another product on this same page from another seller, and the cable is on the site of the connector. I prefer this one with the cable on the back.I tested the Mobley as soon as I received the adapter and it worked as expected. The Mobley powered up and worked immediately. Do not forget to change your settings on the Mobley to configure it to never turn off if you plan to use this adapter, otherwise by default it will turn off in 30 minutes.In sum: great adapter, fast shipping, and excellent communication with the vendor on an issue that was outside of their control, but still stayed on top of.

This is exactly what you need if you have the ZTE Mobley! This will power up the Mobley and allow you to use it anywhere you have AC power, no more going out to you vehicle to restart your internet!Make sure you have the Mobley firmware updated and then go into the setting and change the power saver function to either 2 hrs or no time out so that it doesn't turn off!I accidently ordered the cigarette adapter version and the seller contacted me to ensure that is what I wanted, I have to say what great customer service! I wanted the AC version so the seller shipped that to me.Buy with confidence as this will make you life with a Mobley so much nicer!

The adapter works well with the AT&T Mobley for plugging into an outlet. I'm pretty disappointed with the quality, considering the price. It's a thin cheapy china looking cord, not thicker like it looks in the picture for the item. For almost $38 bucks, I expect higher quality. Since there are not many options for buying this adapter, those of us who need it are going to have to suck it up and the seller probably knows that. I'm glad that it does work though, so my assessment is that it's "okay."

I got one of these adapters from VEGAJF, it works perfect, using in my RV, seems well made and he offers a warranty. I purchased mine from him on ebay, very fast shipping, even sends you a 2 page list of tips and tricks for the mobley, very useful information, some I would have never known without it. If anyone is needing low cost internet that is actually decent and fast enough to stream netflix get one of these, you won't regret it.

Cord stopped working sometime around February 2019. We rarely used it. Took on a trip and tried to use it and it would not make any lights work on the Mobley, though Mobley was working fine prior to using and after trying the cord.

I got one of these from one of the third party sellers who was offering them on Amazon.It does work.However, the construction is pretty embarrassing. Low rent construction that does not look at all like the professional version being promoted. I've attached photos of the actual unit. Low rent Chinese-made power supply. Really low rent connection between the OBD connector and the power supply, with a a poorly applied heat wrap. Again, see the picture.I might accept this as OK for maybe ten bucks or so. But not for nearly forty bucks. An embarrassment. I hope it doesn't eventually burn the house down.

Working very good and so does the ZTE Mobley, great for RV life. Product appears to be well made as well.

Works great! It's a little overpriced for a power adapter, but it's well made and does exactly what it's supposed to do.
