Good purchase
For a budget furniture set it actually is pretty decent. I purchased this to put in the gazebo to make the wife happy and it worked out well. The cushions are thin but still comfortable. The only downside is the assembly. The instructions were good but I had to break out the power tools. If you think you’re going to use hand tools, you will be there for many hours. Also had to hone one of the bolt holes because there was no way it would line up on the main backrest. Other than that, it’s holding up well and worth the savings over the overpriced furniture at our local big box home improvement stores.

Love this Patio Set
My family and I love this patio set! It is a beautiful addition to our outdoor space. It is well made and good quality. It also arrived faster than expected. As the other reviewers mentioned, it comes in 4 boxes so they may not arrive at the same time, but everything was packaged well with no damages. I gave it 4 stars because the pillows on the back of the bench do not have a lot of stuffing, but they have a zipper so, you can add more stuffing if you want. Also, the directions seemed a little intimidating, but after reading them a couple of times I was able to figure it out. As the other reviewers mentioned, do not tighten the screws all the way because the holes may not align correctly. Once everything is aligned properly then tighten. Take your time and use a second person if needed. Overall, I am pleased with the quality, look and price of this set.

Excellent Product!
This patio set it perfect for the space we needed and comfortably fit 6 guests. It is sturdy and the cushions are pretty comfortable. For the price, the value is great! The only reasons for the four stars is because one of the parts was badly damaged during shipping. I was able to contact the company and they sent a replacement part without issue and it arrived quickly, so that we could enjoy it. Another issue, is that the welding isn’t water resistant, and when exposed to rain, the table has rust spots at the weld within one week. Otherwise, it is a really great product! NOTE: When assembling, don’t tighten the screws until it is all together. Especially with the middle portion, as there is a long screw that needs to be added and tightening will cause a lot of issues!

You get what you pay for $$
fairly easy to put together but did take some time. the quality of the cushions(thin) is pretty low, and it’s smaller than I expected.this is a decent set for the price, but if your looking for premier quality this isn’t it.

Good quality set
We recently purchased this patio set, it fits our needs. Love the design as a dining and coffee table two in one. We often times enjoy meals on this set. The set is good quality, it has some weight to it and noticeable better compared to my neighbor’s set. Assembly is not that hard. My husband was able to put it together by himself with minor assistant from me. It was a satisfied purchase overall.

What a fiasco!!
Very deceiving. It is very very small, and very low to the ground. The pictures make it look like its "normal sized" and like you would see at a normal store. But, when you get it, you realize, it's not much bigger than doll furniture. The seat level is very low, like 10 inches off the ground, it's like you're sitting on the floor. Also, mine came missing some pieces, and it was A JOKE trying to return it. Ended up LOSING about $300 in the whole ordeal. I can't remember all of the final numbers, but I think I paid like $550 for it. Then when it had missing pieces, that's when the fiasco began. First off they didn't believe me, and you're dealing with CHINA and their communication, although their english is better than my chinese, it was very difficult to communicate with them. It took almost 2 weeks (after I had to explain everything and send them pictures etc) before they finally acknowledged what the problem was. Then they offered to send me the missing piece and they wanted me to allow them 2-3 weeks to allow the missing piece to arrive. We bought the patio furniture for an important family gathering, and we didn't have time to wait, especially after we already waited 2 weeks to get them up to speed. So, we just purchased another set of patio furniture from a local big box store. WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, because then you can actually look at the size and see what you're getting rather than looking at these pictures, which are quite deceiving. Anyway, since I didn't have 2 more weeks to wait for them to send me the missing piece, that was their "resolution." I wasn't happy w that resolution, because of my timing of the family gathering. So, I had to initiate an A-Z claim through Amazon. ANOTHER FIASCO. So, you can only talk with the customer service reps, NOT the A-Z claim reps. So, of course, the customer service reps "sell you the world" and the A-Z decision makers act like nothing the CS reps said means anything. So, the CS rep told me to disassemble everything, box everything back up and send it back for a full refund. I'm like, OK that's fine, but what about the return shipping costs? The CS rep said, that will be fully refunded as well since it wasn't your fault that the item was missing pieces. I said "are you sure, bc it will be very expensive to return these boxes, and it would be cheaper to just refund me my purchase price $550ish." "No, we can't initiate the return the funds until the item is received." "OK, that's fine, but can the seller send me some return shipping labels then?" So I reached out AGAIN to the Chinese seller, and AGAIN after several back and forth emails that were very difficult w the language barrier, I finally got the "we offered you a resolution, and you didn't take it, so NO we are not going to pay return shipping." So, back to the Amazon CS rep, and they looked over all of the communication, and said, "box it up (3 huge heavy boxes), send them back to the seller, keep the UPS receipt, and then attach it to your A-Z claim message, and Amazon will reimburse you the return shipping costs." "OK, can you send that to me in an email?" Sure, no problem the CS rep said, and a few minutes later the email arrived. Ok, golden I THOUGHT. So, and I just pulled up my receipts I paid $230 for one box, $212 for another, and $190 for the third, for a total of $633 in return shipping. So, at this point I'm out the $550 for the item, and the $633 for the return shipping. I file everything through the A-Z claim process, and send them a copy of my UPS receipts etc, and wait. About a week later, I get an email that says "your A-Z claim has been closed." I'm like, ok, cool, so I look at my bank account, $550 has been deposited. WHAT??? A-Z is closed???? Ahhh, no, not quite. So, you can't call the A-Z claim department directly, so I get the CS rep department on the phone and give them the story. "Oh, ok sorry, yes will will take care of you, just re-submit your UPS receipts and reopen your A-Z claim and give them the whole story again." OK, so I do that, and attach the email AGAIN that says that return shipping will be paid, and I send them the UPS receipts AGAIN. Few days later, I receive an email "Your A-Z claim has been closed".... Great! Check my bank account, $190 has been deposited. Ahhhh, WTF? Ahh, yeah we're still missing over $400 in reimbursement here. Call the Amazon CS department AGAIN, "Ah, sorry but we have no control over the A-Z department and their decisions, and it looks like a final decision has been made, and your A-Z claim can't be reopened" "Ahhhh, what about your original email on XYZ date that said my return shipping would be covered?" "Yeah, I see that, but unfortunately, we don't have any control over the A-Z claim department.... blah blah blah" So, I'm out the $440ish dollars, and yeah, Ebay and EVERYONE ELSE is getting my business until I cool off about this mess.

Very short seating 13 inches in hight.
PROS…Price, Fast Shipping, Easy assembly, and very nice looking, feels sturdy, time will tell on durability. Cons…Very short seating 13 inches high ,16 inches total if you add the 3 inches of padding ( I will more than likely pass it on to a family member and look for something with more hight and bulkier padding. I provided some photos for sizing. Overall as described.
