Bulk Gourmet Vegan Protein Bar, Plant Based, Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel, Pack of 12, 12 Servings, Packaging May Vary

I've tried a whole bunch of protein bars now, and this is one of the few I intend to keep around. They taste really good; lots better than most protein bars, perhaps because they aren't trying to be low-carb. I use them before and/or after workouts, or as a quick breakfast; in other words, in situations where I want some carbs too, not just a pure protein boostThe best vegan protein bars on the market in my opinion. I really like the texture and the yummy flavour. Generous size as well which is nice as they are filling. I wasn't expecting this protein bar to taste good, and my god was I wrong. Tastes incredible, almost similar to a bounty. Most vegan protein bars are too dry, but this has the perfect balance AND about review stating Best Vegan Protein Bar has 21g of protein which is insane.Very handy to have when you’re out and about. Good flavour. Most sustaining

Compared to other ranges of protein snacks, these left a chemically taste in my mouth. They were okay, but other ranges are nicer

I really like these, they are chewy and have a nice caramel flavour, didn't get the salt hit though. The bars are covered in a dark chocolate which is nice, not to strong or sharp. I am reviewing these just for the taste, I do not really need the protein it is just an added bonus for me. My sons however are into fitness and eat a lot of different protein bars and these are a big hit, they love them, in fact most of the family have tried one now and they all like the taste and texture. I found that they take the edge off hunger between meals, they are quite filling.

The media could not be loaded. It actualy wasn't that bad, It reminds me of a softer dime bars, hard exterior when broke it doesn't bend it just snaps, but that could be because the temperature was cold. The taste was neither hate it not really like it. It is by far better for health than grenade protein bars though. Texture is like rice crispies had a baby with Dime bar you would get this bulk vegan.It does taste like salted caramel but felt too sweet for me, it has three sweet ingredients go figure. Don't know why it has Maltitol, Xylitol and Stevia it only needs one, but because of the higher fiber content the sugar is indeed very low. I would still rather these protein bars than Grenade for health reasons.What I don't like about this is Soya protein isolate's, they aren't my favourite source of protein after training. As vegan source I always prefer Hemp protein. I didn't mind the taste it was just pleasant just a bit too sweet, and the sweeter things you consume the more sweet things you want to keep eating. This didn't taste like chemicals to me just sweet.This bulk vegan surprised me further by instead of using sea salt they use himalayan salt, the sea salt always bloats me, so this pink salt was a welcome thing that I liked. The 3 things I mainly didn't like about this product.1: Value for money, I would never buy protein bars that cost nearly 20 quid for just 12 in the pack. No protein bar is worth more than 1 quid per bar.2: Soy protein Isolate to be Hemp instead, then the Vegan protein bar should be complete in my opinion.3: Too many sweetner variety. Even though Xylitol, Stevia and Maltitol are better than sugar by far, always remember, the sweeter things you eat, the more sweet things you will keep wanting to eat straight after.Just one thing to note if you do get them they can be addictive, so I personally only have 1 per day after a training session, and try my best not to have anymore. Lastly want to say dark chocolate in this is too low 21% should be higher 85% minimum in my opinion, the higher the % goes, the more bitter and better for health it is.

Personally I dont like the taste of them. But remember taste is subjective.Positive: Good ratio between kcal and Protein

I ordered the cookies and cream bars as it's one of my favourite sweet flavours. since i have a sweet tooth, This has been ideal for managing my cravings whilst bulking up my protein levels. The bars have a crunchy, Bubbly air texture with a hard outside and slightly softer inside.The calories are 190 per bar and the fat is 8.3g, But the carb count is low at 15g. Best of all, It contains a huge 18 grams of protein per bar, So a couple of these a day would give me half my daily protein needs.It comes in a large box of 12, Which would not last me long as they are so morish, So the only issue here is trying not to eat them all so quickly. So far i have enjoyed these, And the bars are filling enough to keep me going in-between meals, Or as a meal replacement if I'm knuckling down onto a stricter dietary routine.So far, So good.

When they came up as an option to test for review I thought they seemed interesting I'll give it a go.Not being vegan and not into protein bars I have nothing to compare these too however I'll give my honest opinion all the same.The bars are a nice size and individually wrapped, which will keep them fresh and handy to grab n go.The texture is pleasant, like hard fudge/soft toffee consistency, chewy but not filling pulling chewy.I'm not a lover of dark chocolate on its own but quite like it as a covering on sweet treats like biscuits or chocolate gingers etc but the dark chocolate on these is very bitter and not nice at all. The severity of the bitterness is not even eased by the flavour of the centre as you chew it.I only had 2 small bites and the after taste is very strong, unpleasant and lingers a long time.Cannot recommend.

Bit flavourless. Better options out there.
