Real RelaxMassage Chair Full Body, Zero Gravity SL Track Shiatsu Recliner with Shortcut Key, PS3100(Brown)

We bought this chair a few months ago. It's easy to use, clear instructions and worked right of the 'box'. Delivery window was changed a few times by the carrier but satisfactory at the end. The delivery guys were very nice. No significant assembly is required but you are left with lots of packaging materials due to the need to strongly protect the heavy chair in transit . The massage programs are fine and the chair accommodates us with a size of up to 6 feet 2 inches. Adjustments are very helpful for airbag strength and speed of massage. Overall a very relaxing piece of equipment. As with all these chairs, powerful (3D) massage is on fixed tracks along the vertebral column at the back, from neck to glutes. It's very efficient but spatially limited. Hamstrings, calves, arms, quads, etc. are only touched by airbags, not really massaged. Within these limits, the chair works very well.

This unit only worked for one day. We've gone back and forth with the manufacturer to resolve the issue and have not been able to get it fixed. Even though we started the process well before the Amazon return date, we are not able to get a refund/replacement because we were required to deal with the manufacturer's warranty first before anything. What they don't tell you is that if you deal with the manufacturer, they'll be slow to respond, give you solutions that don't work, and delay until you past the Amazon return date then ignore you afterward. We have kept trying to deal with the manufacturer who told us that they would try to figure out the issue but have ghosted us since. I have been dealing with cancer and had my family try to follow up for me but has yielded no results. I bought this hoping it would have given me some relief only for it to cause my family and I trouble. I would love to rate this product, but as we only used it one day, I can't say if it would have been any good for me. 0 stars for the manufacturer service/warranty. The unit now sits in the corner of my bedroom where it isn't even comfortable enough to use as a lounge chair.

We ordered this massage chair after reading many reviews of many different brand massage chairs. We decided on Real Relax and so far so happy we did! I'm not going to pretend that the colors all threw me off a bit being so dark until I found this Zenart 01 chair by Real Relax. Wish the instruction booklet went into a bit more detail about the remote, but I decided to simply use the Demo button and I literally just finished my demo massage! I loved the feel, quietness while running and the fact that I can adjust pressure and intensity! This chair seems worth every darn penny-IMO. I felt tingly-as with any massage I've every paid for- and totally relaxed. I will come back and update if necessary but I don't think I will need to. I am 5'4", 140lbs. I felt that full pressure and intensity which was too much for me, so not to be sore, I went on the lightest setting. You'll notice there are 6 lines under pressure and intensity buttons and two go away with each press of the button -thus lowering down. Very happy with smooth delivery & set-up too! Thanks Real Relax for making an great massage chair with all the important options (SL Track, Bluetooth, heat, ZG) for mid-level pricing.

After 1 year of having the chair, it started to fail, I contacted the customer service team and they very very responsive and helpful. They found the issue and sent me a new mother board that fixes the problem. I definitely recommend this chair.

Began mal functioning after just 8 months. Chair keeps running after turned off, only the back and shoulders. Have already replaced mother board and it has gone bad again. Been waiting two months and still don’t have a replacement. Trying to get support but to date only received email saying they would ship and that’s 2 months ago. Submitted a request for warranty support or replacement from seller or Asurion.

This really helps me a lot with my back and lowerback stress. The program is intuitive and this is probably the most beautiful massage chair I can find out there. I had it for almost half a year now, and I'm using it some 1-2 times a week. One of my best purchase decisions.

for the price of this chair i would expect just a bit more. The heating function does not work i've tried contacting support and all they can do is tell me have i tried turning on the heat and leaving it on???Unless you are used to super firm and aggressive massages you will not like the chair. There's supposed to be 5 settings but you can not lower down below a 2 i've tried numerous things.Honestly pay a bit more and get a good chair.

This massage chair is absolutely wonderful. I use it almost every single day to relax. I love the way it massages your entire body while you listen to relaxing music with the bluetooth connection thru the speakers on the chair. I would recommend this chair to any one who needs to relax and enjoy a wonderful massage.
