Serie 4 PUE611BB5E Induction hob, 60 cm, Black, Built in

I have now had this in my kitchen for over a year, this unit just plugs in using the 3 pin plug which is supplied and i have been very impressed, it will heat your pans up super fast especially if you use the boost and is very controlable, as far as im concerned this is as good as using a gas hob (although im no expert, single guy living alone) available with a 3 pin plug or you can buy it set up to be hard wired (google it and youtube it to see why they are different, its to do with the power output so don't get caught out) the touch controls are easy to use and it looks good, so i would recommend for sure, hope this helps.

We were able to install the hob ourselves without any mess after our old ceramic hob stopped working. The installation process is straight forwards. The hobs produce a bit of a noise when it works full power. In my opinion, it is even better, as you can hear that the hob is in operation while focused on something else. My partner is forgetful and often burs items as forgetting that something is cooking; this cook seems to resolve the issue. The other benefit is cooking time. The food really cooks quicker, and the water boils in a matter of 30-60 sec (1-1.5l of water). I have never had experience with any hob in the past, so I am a bit fascinated by the performance. On the other hand, the cleanliness of the hob after cooking is amazing: no overspills or dirty stains. I believe so far; it has been my best investment. (Previously, we had a ceramic hob that broke down)

As a hob it works well, and the boost function boils a pan of water as quickly as a gas hob. Had to drop the oven sited directly below 3mm to create the required air gap, as the halogen hob it replaced was shallower. My only complaint is the tone/volume of the beep, which is a loud squawk and far too noisy for purpose. My halogen hob had a much quieter beep. Consequently I’ve turned off all warning noises apart from the fault one (e.g. when water slops on the controls) but I’m still removing a star for the awful tone/loudness of the beep and I can’t find any way of adjusting it.

On Easter Sunday just at the culmination of cooking the family Sunday lunch our Bosch induction hob failed. Luckily we have two camping stoves and used these to finish off cooking the veg etc. It became obvious that there was a serious fault as the soon as the hob was switched on it tripped the breaker, a call to a local repair specialist revealed that the call out charge and potential repair would be practically the cost of a new hob. A quick trawl of the internet and suitable replacement hobs of the same brand and model revealed not only a wide difference in prices but also delivery dates and charges with the fastest delivery being 4 days. That's when I looked at Amazon prime and to my surprise it was actually £1.99 cheaper than the cheapest online suppliers and they would deliver the next day, Easter Monday, something no other supplier could. I placed the order around 7pm on Easter Sunday and plugged in my new hob before 2pm on Easter Monday. It was important that the hob fitted the cut-out in our quartz worktop which it did with a bit of jiggling about and as it was supplied with a three pin plug it was a case of just plug it in and jobs a goodun. As with the previous hob it has four rings, however it differs in that one ring is extra powerful which is handy for wok cooking. The delivery driver was polite and there was no damage to the packaging or the hob. The product is registered and working a treat. Highly impressed with the whole process and the hob.

Bought for my parents went for this as it was virtually plug and play just a little more to cut out of existing worktop. Certainly works well and gets things hot very quickly. My parents are happy it's easy to use and cost effective.

Great hob, easy to install, easy to use. The only thing you really need to know is there's an option in the configuration menu that allows you to set the maximum power draw. This must be set to 3kw if the hob is connected to a 13A circuit. If you don't do that you could blow a fuse (or worse). My only (minor) complaint is I think the half-steps between power settings are a little fiddly and unnecessary.

So far it has been a good buy. as it fits on a 13A socket it was easy to fit, i see how they do it as i cycles the hobs on and off. we haven't tried to use it on all 4 on full power but for 2 pans at a time it works well. probs wouldn't want to smash it on a large family every day but for our needs 3/4 people it works fine. it heat up the water/food very quickly and is easy to clean.

Love its looks, it total efficiency, ease of use. In fact, my husband has taken over the cooking, We changed our kitchen only 3 years ago and wish we'd gone straight for induction. It's amazing. Prices are so good now, just do it if you can. Very very impressed.

we got it in June, today we turned it on and the glass literally cracked on a hob we weren't even using, as the pot was in another place. The crack reach all the line vertically. Luckily nobody got hurt, but for the price, and the danger, we really are upset. Faulty item.

Dopo due anni posso dire che funziona benissimo .. il marchio è una garanzia!

Ich bin zwar Computer gewandt und Internet Freund, aber im hohen Alter, die Herdplatte noch tauschen, ist keine einfache Sache für mich gewesen. Aber meine Enkelin hat mir geholfen, alles einzustellen, zum Beispiel, dass das piepen weg ging, dass die Uhr lief, alles über die App auf meinem Handy. Die Platte ist ein wunderschönes, schwarzes Feld, gut anzusehen und auch sehr funktionell, wenn man die Sache beherrscht. Ich bin noch dabei zu lernen, fasse immer in alter Gewohnheit vorne an den Herd ,um die Knöpfe zu bedienen, aber es kommt langsam, das Essen ist schneller gar, als früher auf meinem Elektroherd. Musste mir neue Töpfe kaufen, die waren aber auch günstig ,Bei Amazon ,sehen toll aus, vor allen Dingen hat es uns das Eierfähnchen angetan.

Je suis très satisfait de cette plaque à induction Bosch. Elle est à la fois sobre et élégante avec sa finition noire qui s’intègre parfaitement dans ma cuisine. Les 4 foyers sont bien répartis, assez spacieux pour utiliser plusieurs casseroles en même temps sans souci. La puissance est au rendez-vous : l’eau bout en quelques minutes, et les réglages sont très réactifs. Le panneau de commande tactile est intuitif, facile à prendre en main même pour les novices. J’apprécie aussi les petites fonctions pratiques comme le booster et le minuteur sur chaque foyer. Silencieuse et sécurisée, elle rend la cuisson beaucoup plus agréable. Bosch reste une valeur sûre, et ce modèle confirme sa réputation ! Le seul petit bemole est qu'il n'y a pas de sécurité enfant ou "bip".
