Very good quality of non stick plates. Easy to change plates & clean. One needs to monitor the toasting as it does not have temperature control, but that is OK at this price point. The upper & lower parts have good interlocking & a sturdy plastic outer body. The cord is sufficiently long & a has 2 pin plug.

Very easy to use . The product serves the purpose. The plates are easy to clean . The product quality is very good . It cooks fast .

The quality and build is strong. Plates are non stick, grills toast better.But the only issue i faced is the depth of plates is very less compared to my past products. So whenever we grill or toast sandwiches most of filling comes out which makes the whole toaster spoiled and difficult to clean in the edges where your hand can not reach and you end up scratching the toaster or the filling might go inside.The company must work on this.But giving 4 stars for performance and build.
