VERY Valuable Information !!!!!
The quality of the book is very nice, I love that it even have video links for recipes. I was using this for a month but I stopped because being vegan made me sick, my body needs omega 3 fatty acids for healthy liver, I started to Pray to Jesus for healing and I followed a balanced diet without any fast food, I also did light exercise but no heavy workout because stress is the reason for hormone Imbalance (pcod), I also took multivitamins and Omega 3 supplements zinc supplements, that's how I cured my PCOD and hypothyroidism without any medicine.
