Bought four of these for various young people for Christmas. They appear to be getting a lot of fun out of them. I would recommend these to anyone.

Absolutely outstanding. I bought this in-store at the local mall as it was on sale and I've always wanted a quad-copter. I was absolutely not expecting it to be so easy to fly and have so many settings/options. The flips were a surprise I wasn't expecting, and they execute very well.I am now buying a replacement as I broke my previous one in a VERY hard crash (ran into speeding ceiling fan, launched it across the room. Honestly surprised it was still in one piece). I would like to note that it had sustained many crashes that I would consider quite hard (including ~10' falls onto a hardwood floor) beforehand and it was able to recover just fine.This is the first drone I have personally bought, but I have played with some that my friends own (including some very high end ones). This drone was very easy for me to really learn to fly on and was quite satisfying even in tight indoor spaces.The battery life is every bit of 5 minutes, which is quite good for what this style of drone can do.Only con: Only comes with a handful of replacement rotors, and it doesn't seem that any more are available for purchase. If you plan on crashing it as much as I do (just not into fans), more would be nice.Bottom line: Excessively high quality for the price. More rotors would be nice.
