First week using these and things I like are: the smell isn’t overwhelming, ingredients, health, benefits, quality, value for money. I haven’t taken these long enough to see any change but so far the effectiveness is positive.

I used to mix my own at home, but these capsules make it easier to remember to take them and removes the fuss of making it.

I used to take ACV liquid as a mixed drink with 2 tbs ACV, 2 tbs of lemon juice, and 16oz of water. The drink was getting difficult to down it every morning. I could make the drink sweet but that eliminates the point of the drink to minimize insulin spiking and suppress appetite for weight loss. I switched over to the pill form and still notice the appetite suppression. In addition, the weight loss has continued even further with the pill form. I would likely attribute the additional weight loss to the keto salts providing an additional layer of fat burning. Overall great performance so far and no more bloating is a huge part. I’m 31, since the start of supplementing ACV, my metabolic age estimate went down from 31 to 29.

I like that I can take this in a capsule and it’s not the liquid. I use this to help with belly fat and can definitely tell when I don’t have it.

I ordered these in capsule form and they are giant. I can only take one at a time, and they are kind of stinky. These are only 1000 mg of apple cider vinegar compared to my usual brand which is 1500. My experience has been that they do not reduce my appetite and I have not lost any weight. I have been taking them consistently for two months. The one thing I have noticed, is that they do impact the ph balance "down there", in a good way. I was having trouble keeping that in check.I have started fasting 17 hours so maybe the keto salts will work with the fast and I will lose a couple of pounds. I do like that they are vegan and have nothing artificial in them. I am trying not to put harmful things in to my body.So, these are ok for the price but I think there are better options out there.

I can't stand the taste of apple cider vinegar. These pills are the easiest thing I have found. There is no aftertaste. We'll definitely buy again
