My NEW BEST FRIEND!
Honestly, I've had so many dogs and have had to deal with so many little accidents.... my latest rescue dog has had a really difficult time with training to relieve himself outside. And this system is AMAZING. My love of dogs is so deep but I've always wanted my home to look and smell like there are no dogs that live here. This product has definitely made the mess clean up (especially the smell) worth the cost. I bought a different black light so I could see more and even on the old stains it has made a difference. It's not perfect. But I have absolutely no problem lying down on my carpet anymore!!! Great product.

Saw no improvements
The smell is disgusting but not as bad as the smell of the urine. I tried leaving the powder on for twice as long as stated and still he’d go back and go again. A lot of steps and I never even got to step 4.

Tried all kinds of products and nothing worked. So far after 2 weeks, the urine smell on my hard wood floors is gone. Used two applications.

Don't do it!!
This product work NOTHING like it claims. Nothing. A waste of money. I've tried it on six different occasions and on multiple areas. Nothing.

Didn't do much for hardwood
This product didn't really do much for my hardwood floors - I had a bit more success using it on carpet, but 5 applications later, there is still a smell. The company constantly sends follow-up e-mails, but was suspiciously unresponsive when I e-mailed to ask for a refund.
