Our poor 13 year old dog has had a few accidents on our new carpet the past 6 months. We had waited so long for new carpet it our living room dinning room area and thought we were in the clear for any dog accidents. Now as for husband accidents (spilling drinks) that's another story lolI've used name bran pet stain removers but after one or two weeks the stains would bleed through after I shampooed the carpet. I purchased this product thinking well if it doesn't work I'm sending it back.Used it once on 8 spots a month ago. Shampooed my carpet after following the directions for this product. Not one spot has come back. My dogs problem has gotten better but I don't worry since I have plenty of the stain remover for next time. GREAT product

Treated a stubborn kitten urine smell. Tried 5 other products, nothing worked at all. One application and bad smell was gone. Treated two more times, each time Planet Urine pulled more urine smell from the carpet. Love the smell of the just cleaned carpet. There is definitely some crazy mojo going on with this product. Amazing. Love the sifter that is included.

I tried everything.We had installed brand new flooring and then, my cat started peeing on it. I still don't know why.This stuff works. Follow the instructions. If you need to, go through the process again. If you have a chronic problem, you will run out of powder before you run out of the spray; so buy extra and save on the shipping costs.

This product works excellent on pet stains. I’ve always use it on urine this being my second refill. My dog got sick recently with vomit and diarrhea. It got the stain and odor out of the carpet to my relief.

I made the mistake of babysitting a puppy with excitement issues. When I sent him home, my dog's behavior told me I had dog urine everywhere. I got a small blacklight to identify the spots and Urine Release products to eliminate them. The spray and the powder have a light, citrus-y scent that freshens the whole room (unlike Woolite's Urine spray, which has a cloying scent).I got up early one morning with these things and the black light flash light and got to work, on my hands and knees, eliminating those stubborn puppy pee spots. The package came with a small fabric bag--and that bag was a great bonus because I had to crawl all over my house on my hands and knees with this stuff in tow in that bag.I let the powder dry, per instructions, and vacuumed everything up the next day. The following morning, I went back over the floor/walls and found two places where I needed to do the spray/powder/scrub one more time. Now my whole house is clean, clean, clean with NO doggy drippings anywhere. And my dog has settled down now that he's not prodded to mark over Butterscotch's little drips.

Wow! This stuff actually works. Highly recommend for anyone battling pet piddles.
