I trust this seller to deliver quality fermented cabbage leaves. Makes my sarmale ( Romanian cabbage leaves) taste authentic.

I purchased these sour cabbage leaves to make Romanian cabbage rolls. I also bought another brand (VaVa) available on Amazon and these were a bit thicker, and didn't tear when rolling, should you be deciding between the two. The stems were a bit thick but the leaves were big enough that you could cut the stem out and still have pieces large enough to use. The store that sent them packed the jar carefully and shipped quickly. I recommend these!

Excited to try these because I couldn’t find whole sour cabbage heads. These were a total disappointment!! Mucky with one shredded large leaf rolled up with some small thick ends stuffed in the middle!! I should have returned!! I’d be embarrassed to sell these & actually get paid for them!

Hard to get out

The leaves are either enormous or very small but I made it work. My sarmale were pretty tasty considering.

Great product which we used to make Sarmas for the Christmas & New Year Holidays with our family. We could not find or buy sour head cabbage for the past 2 years from any of the produce stores we've used in the past.
