First 3 books in series Amazing!!
I received my books earlier this week and read all 3 books in this series in 3 days. LOVED THEM ALL!! I will be ordering book 4 today, FACE OFF. All three books were page turners. They were steamyyyy, action-packed, suspenseful, and entertaining. The worst part was when I finished the last book. I did not want the series to end. I recommend this series to anyone. Would also recommend Cartier Cartel and the sequel, Return of the Cartier Cartel. You will not be disappointed in ANY of these books! Before reading these books, I had never heard of this author. It's official now: I am a fan and will be passing my books to friends to read as well!

Not enough fizz for me!
I must admit that Coca Kola was not what I expected. It was not a bad read but it lacked the excitement and flow that Bad Apple had. This book did NOT have me on the edge of my seat like the first one. Even though the book is titled Coca Kola, the story focused alot on the other characters as well, especially Chico and Cross.Life was good for Kola and she was moving up in the drug game but I really didnt find her to be that interesting in this installment.I found myself more intrigued with Apple and what she was going through. Apple really hit rock bottom and I actually felt a little bit sorry for her which was a shock to me because I couldnt stand her by the time I finished with Bad Apple. In a way I am really hoping that both Kola and Apple can put their differences aside so they both can be the Baddest Chicks of New York TOGETHER. Especially since one of their men can't be trusted and the other is out for himself now.I also noticed that this story was very descriptive, giving details is ok but describing every single minor character, club, street, clothes, cars and location is a bit much.I can't even begin to tell you how many dudes were light skinned and had braids in this book. This took alot away from the story and was frustrating at times. The ending did nothing for me and only left me with more questions than answers which we will hopefully get in Checkmate.I really enjoy the work of Nisa Santiago but I noticed that Im not really enjoying her sequels too much. Her first books always pack a bigger punch than the next.I'm sorry to say,but Coca Kola fell flat!

Blown away!
Wow! A lot went down, so much that I can't put it all into words but I will start with I feel sorry for Apple, how the heck is she gonna get out of this situation however I do not count her out! I think Kola is about her business but she is still young and because of that she is biting off more than she can chew. The next installation should be real good

Coca Kola
Coca Kola picks up where Bad Apple left off. Apple is being rushed to the emergency after having acid thrown in her face. Apple and Kola have yet to run into each other. Apple is staying locked up in the room hiding because she doesn't want anyone to see her disfigured face, but her man Chico is trying his best to be there for her. Kola and Cross are flooding the streets with drugs giving her the nickname "Coca Kola" and at the same time causing Chico and Apple's pockets to hurt. Apple and Chico are dead set on revenge, but they have so many enemies where do they start. Loyalty is tested and the sibling rivalry is even worse. Kola now has everything that Apple once had. This story was very fast paced and Apple just can't seem to catch a break. I don't see Kola's good luck lasting for too much longer. Something has to happen to her because Apple is catching hell. With all the hate between the two sisters I am ready for them to just battle it out. Can't wait for the next installment!

They get worst!
Things went from Grimey to Gutter in Coca Kola! We got a few questions answered from the Bad Apple story but there were so many jaw dropping moments that this book too- left me hanging. I am glad that I waited until both books were released to buy them but-now I have to wait for the next saga. Ugh....this was entertaining but you just end up feeling sorry for everyone regardless how disgusting the character is. Good book all in all.

Bitterness is never sweet
I'm finding more and more I like Nisa's books. She paints a picture of Harlem in such a way. I agree the ist installment did have me on edge a lil more but this was still a good read. It is a crazy thing to imagine two people with the same reflection, hating each other so much. Kola brings some real street savy while Apple is just lost and broken. Sweet success Kola is experiencing leaves a bitter taste in Apple's mouth.....

Team Apple? Team Kola?
In the 2nd installment of the baddest chick..you have Apple and Kola still at odds with one another and it isnt getting any better...Life has taken a drastic turn for Apple and all she wants is revenge on everyone..and if that doesnt hurt already Kola is making major moves adding fuel to Apple's fire...bothsisters are bitter as hell...I can't wait for Checkmate! Cause the real boss will win.
