It works!!!
The media could not be loaded. Fast shipping and product came with already hatched larvae. I watched a YouTube video on how to use this product. Simple enough, how I know this works is I took a jewelers loop and looked at the cards. There were lobster looking creepers totally emerging from the eggs! Ewww! I’m using these in a controlled environment indoors with humidity around 60% and temperature at 70f. I have verified that I have thrips, spider mites and aphids. I will update this review in a few weeks. So far so good :)3 week update: It totally works! It’s been 3 weeks and we have adult green lacewings. Last photo is proof of it and time stamped at 3 weeks and 3 days since release. The week prior to release I held off on any other treatments which made me so nervous. Haven’t used any pesticide sprays since then. All my plants with thrips and spider mites responded great. One thing to note: Definitely do get the right amount suggested for the level of pest management you need. Most of my plants had been treated prior multiple times and due to this fact weren’t considered heavily infested. My purple passion however was the only one with aphids and heavily infested. The lower leaves had improvement after only a week, but the upper leaves are still heavily infested with the aphids. I ended up moving this plant outside. Everything else (I have over 100 plants) is inside still. I think if I wanted to successfully treat that plant with the green lacewings I should have used more than one card on it. With a mild to moderate outbreak I got away with grouping my plants with leaves all touching and placing 2-3 cards within 6-10 plants per area. This worked very well6 month update: yep still works! Love these guys. They aren’t in your face and you never see them. Out of no where you’ll find one random lacewing hanging out on the wall or something. After a few it disappears again. I really thought I’d have to just throw out my entire collection or something because I do not have it in me to be spraying my plants all the time. I haven’t done much and my plants are all thriving :)

Very dissatisfied
I have spider mites and mealey bugs on my houseplants, so decided to try lacewings instead of pesticides. It didn't work. I did everything as directed, but not a lacewing in sight. Only around 1/8 of the eggs hatched. I sprayed a little water on each plant everyday for the lacewing larvae to drink. I saw them around everyday for about 2 weeks, then they disappeared. I thought maybe they were cocooning, but saw no evidence of this. I saw a larvae about a week or so later, but that was the last time. I know it's not because they didn't have anything to eat because I see spider mites having parties on my plants. I spent $50 on this and nothing to show for it except more spider mite infestations. Very unsatisfied. I thought Nature's Good Guys was supposed to be the best.

Bought in hot and cold. Cold doesn’t work. They don’t work when it’s cold
Worked good in 100 degrees and did not work at all in 50 degrees. This company will send you the cards no matter what. They also don’t say the eggs aren’t viable until 90 degrees. My spidermites came back with a vengeance. Wish they would reimburse me for the last one and STOP selling during the winter. Gave me false hope

Wonderful creatures
The media could not be loaded. Great product, they came extremely well packaged and with couple booklets not only about lacewings but other beneficial critters. When I received the package a lot of them where already hatched and crawling around, I'm sure some did cannibalize each other but that natural for them and there still was tons of viable looking eggs on the sheet. I spread them around my walk-in grow tent since I had a bit of a spider mite problem but the larvae hove already been hard at work and a lot of the plants infested looks visibly healthier, I hope to have a couple lacewings flies in the future

We've got larva!
I had a MASSIVE aphid problem and they were destroying my plants. I ordered 2,500 lacewing eggs and they hatched great*! I have all life stages out there right now, I love watching them grow. Some were hatched on arrival, but no biggie!*I'm only giving four stars because not as many hatched as I had hoped, but still many did and they did the job!

Didn't work for me
I was really hoping these would work to save my citrus plant from spider mites but not many eggs hatched at all. And this dude arrived in the bag and appears to be digging at or eating the eggs on the card.

Definitely viable, lol
Came in a few days, when I opened the package there were about 100 nymphs crawling around in the envelope. They little tear of cards, about 10 total, made it really easy to distribute around the garden. Definitely will order again. I think I caught the whiteflies before there were too many, but may order a follow up in a week to be safe, for the price, you can't go wrong.Revised: these definitely do not work for whiteflies in an indoor hydroponic system, for reasons unknown. 3 applications of 5000 each over a couple months, the whiteflies increased and increased. The most telling evidence is that I never saw a single adult lacewing, ever, in a 3 month run. Temperature and humidity controlled room, 75 degrees, 50% RH. They certainly didn't starve for lack of food.
