So, you know how difficult it is to lean forward particularly if youโre tall on an airplane to get some rest. So this headrest for me at least, is about 4 to 6 inches short but it still works. It just means that I had to lean over more than I expected to. The only other problem with it is that if you put your head in the hole and your arms below it becomes very hot with your breath. So I give it a 3 1/2 to

Okay
Doesn't work very well for me. I am 5'8" and just couldn't get comfortable. It was too tall or too short. Mine developed a leak and deflated mid-flight. May have been feom the small metal fold down trays on Spirit Airlines. My wife's still holds air but she agrees, they are not comfortable... but better than nothing.

Strong Plastic Smell
Very disappointed in the way it was shipped. The product was rolled in a plastic mailing envelope and not properly boxed with identifying information from the company selling it. Totally appeared to have been returned and someone just threw it in this envelope and re-sold/re-mailed.Because it was squished in its carry bag, the pillow was very wrinkly. The worst was the intense plastic smell - couldn't imagine my face resting on and breathing this strong chemical odour for a long flight. It looks fluffy and soft in the photo - it is not. Also, the carry pouch ripped when I returned the pillow to the pouch.Overall, not a great product.

I had an 18 hour flights and this was a lifesaver on the plane! It's a little difficult to blow up the first time but it was much easier after the first attempt. It kept it's hold and allowed me to sleep more comfortably when I was assigned in the awful middle section seats.

Took Two
Works great.Makes the long flights from Florida to Perth and back again doable. The first one I got leaked so give yourself plenty of time in case the first one you get leaks. I blew mine up several times and even left it blown up in the sun for two days just to make sure it was ok. It's still works great. So much so I'm getting another one for my wife.

Packs small and can rapid deflate
I haven't even used this for its intended purpose (placed on the fold out tray), but I still love it! The design allows you to pull and hold the pillow close. Better than a standard blow up pillow. The inflation design is good as well. Half pulled out and the plug allows you to inflate with the valve preventing too much air flow out as you are trying to put some in, and then the rapid deflate is super rapid. Packs down small. Top marks!

Uncomfortable
Didnt work for me in international travel. Bought 2 of these brand and another 2 of different brand for the 4 of us traveling to asia. I have no problem with the quality, the function or style of the pillow is the problem itself.Heres why:1. I'm 5'8, the pillow is not high enought, you have to bend down forward to rest your head on it, not comfortable.2. Too bulky in your cramp space. Everytime you have to stand up, or somebody have to pass, or when they serve food, just too much of a problem. When its inflated, theres nothing more you can do, it just gonna occupy most of your front space.Back again to search for travel pillow, if you found something better, let me know.

It's goofy looking but the most comfortable sleeping I've been on a plane in a long time. Took it to Asia with me and felt like I got a bit of quality plane sleep
