It’s a great product. Easy to swallow . Excellent for muscular and mental relaxation and even for cramps and tension.

The pills are huge! I almost choked trying to swallow one. This item is non-refundable do buyer beware of the difficultly taking it every day, especially if you have dry mouth or taking other large pills. So, this part is edited. I do stand by my original statement about the size of the pill however I do believe they help improve my concentration and sleep. I learned that if you lean forward while taking the pill with water, it makes it easier to swallow. I will finish this bottle and MAYBE will repurchase. Not sure yet.

Been ordering this product for almost a year now. I suffer from restless legs and trouble getting to sleep and this has been a big help. Everyone’s body chemistry is different so your mileage may vary. But it’s been a huge help for me.
